Pinal County Sheriff Paul Babeu told Fox News that violence against law enforcement officers and U.S. citizens has increased in the past four months, forcing officers on an 80 mile stretch of Arizona land north of the Mexico border off-limits to Americans. The refuge had been adversely affected by the increase in drug smugglers, illegal activity and surveillance, which made it dangerous for Americans to visit. "The situation in this zone has reached a point where continued public use of the area is not prudent," said refuge manager Mitch Ellis.

The tag holder who signs the tag over to the child does NOT have to accompany the child. Only an adult has to accompany the child. The reason was so that a Adult who could not go on a hunt could sign the tag over to the child. I signed my deer tag over to my son this year and it was actually quite easy. I went to the Tucson G&F office and told them my intentions. They took my tag and tore it up, then issued a new tag with my sons name on it. The tag also said that it had been transferred from me. I asked the question about me being with him at all times, and they said NO, as long as an adult was with him it was fine...

I found it hilarious, and dream of doing that someday. Like I have allays said, I don't hunt for the meat, that is what the grocery store is for, it is sometime an added bonus... I just love killing things...

very simple, get in your truck, and slowly run into the deer with the truck, obviously missing the front and hind quarters. Then get on your cell phone and call G&F or DPS and tell them that you hit the deer. They will have to issue you a salvage tag.
