Uh oh, there is a high ozone alert for phoenix all this week. Ozone is town is one thing, but sitting in a tiny blind with an ozone machine in your face 14 hours a day, day after day can't be good. I do not use blinds...tree stands only, and the directions don't say anything about pointing it at your face, you are supposed to hang on tree above you and point in the direction of the wind.

Wow, those guys are 10xs worse than the worst Coues Whitetailer...

My gps has a laser range finder, and once calibrated, it will project a waypoint up to 100yds away within 2 meters.

I've never seen an upside down mount...very different

Caught a guy in my tree stand last year. I asked him to leave, he said "nope its first come first serve". I said ok, then climbed up the ladder and started unhooking the ladder steps that were attached to tree. I removed all 4 sets of ladder steps. Meanwhile he is up in the stand about 18 feet up, yelling at me and he says he is calling Game and Fish to report me. As I walked away down the trail, I yelled back at him, "make sure you tell the warden to bring a ladder!" Not sure how he got down, but he wasn't there the next time I came back.

Never sit in someone else's stand without permission! Hang your own stand higher up the tree or on a differnt tree.
