Complaining... Nothing further from the truth... Absolute praise for the good folks at G&F manning the phones. I'm sure they have been stressed out, but still got the job done.

My clients got a call back this morning and were able to get their apps put in over the phone. Bravo to the good folks manning the phones to get this fixed today.

I have two last minute clients that are having the same problem. They chose to purchase a license with their elk application, but cannot get the license even though the web site charged them for the license. The web portal sends them to a page that says Page No Longer Available. They are on phone now trying to get it figured it.

WMs??? Didn't know 33 had a WM. Been hunting there for 25 years and never seen one!

Why do you have to call me out, Lance? You know I can't stand to not comment! Sucks for Mr. Daughtery and Mr. Walker for sure. Truly hope they both recover and that the perpetrators are caught (Although if they did in fact escape back into Mexico it's of course highly unlikely.... ​)! Regarding safety on the border, I'm still not going to avoid hunting there. Love 36 A/B/C (like I think you do), and I will continue to hunt there without fear. Frankly, I feel more in danger on the I-10 freeway on my way there than I do once I have my feet on the ground in one of those units. I agree with Snapshot! Hopefully the appropriations process will move quickly! S. Hook, line and sinker...

For any of you guys who hunt the southern units, you need to make time to visit the Terry Memorial. It will give you a new perspective on what is actually happening in the southern units on a daily basis. And for any of you who think it's safe to hunt in the units south of I-10, think again. I'm not saying don't hunt there, but take precautions and realize your in occupied territory.

I smell a law suit! Hopefully their settlement is bigger than the Shawn Wagner debacle.

This is indeed a new Jaguar. Appears to be another male roaming north in search of a mate. After comparing the rosettes on the new Jag with the one from the Santa Ritas, this is a new Jaguar for sure. The jaguar that roamed the Santa Ritas has not been seen in over 15 months, and is believed to have moved to another mountain range, returned to Mexico or died. This new Jaguar was first seen just a few miles north of the border in the Huachucas. The area he was first seen, not the picture going around the internet, has alot of trail cams and he had never been photographed before, so it is believed he just moved here. Very neat to see another one roaming our hills. Hopefully our well intentioned Game and Fish doesn't kill this one like they did with Macho B.

Listen, if I'm about ready to have surgery, and some doc in spandex nut huggers walks in while I'm in a gown...I'm not feeling real comfortable at that time...key the Banjo music.
