Well we didn't find anything but had a great time. It was nice to get out of the house and the weather was perfect. My wife did however spot her first deer ever and her first turkey. In the group she spotted there was a very nice 4x4. Couldn't believe we saw one that still had it's antlers. All in all had a good time.

Well my son is looking forward to getting out and up to the pines. It will be fun no matter what.

I figure whether we find anything or not it will be better then being stuck in the house. Thanks for the replies

I was thinking about taking my son and wife camping this weekend around the Black Canyon Lake area. I was wondering if this would be a good place to look for some shed's or possibly someplace around the area. I appreciate any input.

I shoot Hornady 139 SST rounds and love them.

I have the 4-12x40 with the BDC and I love it. It is very accurate and as mentioned very very clear. Well worth the money.

I have that hunt this year also. Gonna be getting up there friday night though. It's my first time in Arizona so I don't really know what to expect down there. Good luck though.
