Was up in unit 8 camping 2 weeks ago & seen 6x6 running with 9 cows.

Hello everyone I usually do not complain much, but this PISSES me off!! I spend a lot of time in unit 8 as it is one of my favorite units last weekend my father and I went for a weekend camping trip to check out some new country and could not believe what we seen. We camped down low on FR 492 outside of Drake we were down near the Verde river in what looked to be a very popular camping spot and could not believe all the garbage left behind someone even brought a sofa & recliner & left it next to a firepit. We picked up beer cans and bottles everywhere. we drove around on a lot of the different roads, and of course found more beer cans and bottles thrown out of vehicles. Picked up what we could. We drove up into the pines on Perkinsville road picking up beer cans along the way mind you we were supposed to be scouting new country. We went to one of our favorite spots on FR 127 where there there are several nice camping spots upon going in there is a nice big spot as you first go up the road and there left in the firepit was someones frame from an easy up we did not have room in the ranger or we would of hauled that out to. I DON;T UNDERSTAND IF YOU BROUGHT IT WHY CAN'T YOU HAUL IT AWAY!!!! I am from Arizona but unfortunately living in communist California due to work,it sickens me the lack of respect people have for such a beautiful area. I can only wish to be living in Arizona where there is a lot more freedom to enjoy the outdoors. If people continue to disrespect and thrash it will end up like Cali where everything is getting closed or off limits!!! PEOPLE PLEASE PICK UP YOUR TRASH I enjoy the time I spend in the Arizona outdoors as much as I can, and do not want to lose the privelage because of a few disrespectful A$$HOLES. I will heading up again in the middle of November for some more exploring, and will be bringing a couple of cases of trash bags because I do not want my favorite hunting area destroyed by LOW LIFE SCUMBAGS. I am going to talk to fish & game to see if they will help me plan a weekend cleanup in the near future if anyone is interested. Sorry for the rant, but thanks for listening!!

Snapshot no disrespect, but this has nothing to do with overcrowded units its about people who just don't give a sh*t!!
-
Thanks for reading my post guys I don't know what is wrong with people nowadays!! I mean I don't consider myself that old 46, but to have the lack of respect for our outdoors just blows me away!! I just don't understand why people can't pick their sh*t up!!! I drive 6+ hours to unit 8 for pristine country only to find trash UNBELIEVABLE!!

Hey guys this might be a dumb question as Iam wanting to start predator hunting what do you do with the coyotes after you kill em? Do you skin em out or just leave em lay? Is it against the law to leave em lay don't want to get into any trouble just looking for the normal procedures after the shot! Thanks in advance for any advice!

Dipanddeer, The Easton bloodlines were 400s with 100gr muzzy shot from my hoyt faktor set at 63lbs. I put new strings on and bumped my draw weight to 68lbs & changed to the full metal jackets 340s with 100 gr. slick trick. Arrows shoot awesome my groups at 50 yds. are 1 1/2" to 2" with very little drop. I researched a lot of arrows & Easton work great for me & they are made in the USA!! carbon express are made in China

I was shooting Easton bloodlines with no complaints. Just switched over to Easton full metal jackets & still no complaints!!

Best advice is pick a unit & start scouting!! There are deer in all the units you mentioned above. The desert units are good during the January rut but you got to put in the ground work to find the deer. Water, cover, food etc. google earth is great tool as you can scout areas from your computer that look good. The key is scout as much as you can to find a honey hole. You will find most guys are not going to give you specific units, but instead give advice such as this. The units up north are good in September & the desert units are good in January you just got to pick a unit & start learning as best you can. If you don't find any deer or sign move on to another area & so on. hope this helps & good luck!!
