I think you could be right. The more i look at them the more i think i might be mistaken. I dont know how much a deer can change in two or three weeks at the end of horn growth? From were the pictures were taken to were i found this buck is only two ridges apart. Maybe just same genetics? Thanks for your post

I was all by myself so here is a picture from my cell phone in my house.

well,I ended up killin the buck in picture number one on the last day i was able to hunt before going back to work. Glassed hard for 3 and a half days and only saw one deer better but was to far and disappered over a ridge like they will do. Last year passed bucks the whole hunt and didnt get a chance to shoot one,so i didnt want to not shoot one this year too. thanks for the comments. Time to go elk hunting!

Congradulations Jett and Jason! Thats awesome and such a special moment. Family and friends is what this whole deal is all about. maybe going to be 90's type bucks?

Do you think that it is worth the extra effort to really bust your tail to get way back into some nasty country(still good country, just remote)? I know more people are willing to do this now.I guess my question is in your opinion will a person see better quality deer more often in extremly remote areas?
