Had the same problem with a 99 cavalier, just not on the yolo. Sometimes was 20 minute wait sometimes was the next day. Mine had the little theft lite flashing. When it quit flashing the car would start. 3 trips to a dealer and a whole new dash console and it was fixed. Stupid stupid stupid.
