That's a big negative buddy, the Dallas area Sherriffs officer who entered the apartment is not showing any signs of Ebola. This was updated two hours ago. Also the dude who died from Ebola in Dallas, even his family members who touched and hugged and spent a lot of time with him before he died aren't showing any sign of Ebola. Just to put some fact into your statement.

Spot and stalk, tree stand or blind?
az_shooter replied to Dustin F's topic in Bowhunting for Coues Deer
I've thought about this before a few times. I have never sat in a blind or up in a stand before so I cannot speak about that part, but I can speak on the spot and stalk method. To me, that is what makes hunting so much fun. Yeah you're gonna blow a lot of stalks, yeah you're gonna miss some shots due to tree branches or tall grass, but that's just how it goes. Lucky for us that every time we miss a shot or blow a stalk all it means is that we get the pleasure of going hunting again the next day! I think blinds and tree stands were made for the hunters who could no longer spot and stalk due to age or mobility issues, and it's my personal opinion that using them just turns it from hunting to killing, not much fun in that. Now having said that and knowing somebody is going to argue it, I will say that sitting in a blind or tree stand will probably give you better shot opportunities, but I am also pretty sure that spot and stalk hunters will see at least twice as much animals as those in the blinds. I mean what would you rather do, watch a movie and read a book in a blind, or glass up deer all day and chase them around? Whatever your hunt method is this year just remember to have fun and enjoy what you're doing, good luck to every one this fall. -
No, when they say direct contact they mean direct contact. If someone sneezes on you or you come in contact with someone else's blood, urine, saliva ect. That is direct contact. You are not going to catch Ebola because someone with Ebola sneezed on a dollar and then gave it to a clerk who then gave it to you as change. That is not direct contact. You have to literally let them spit or bleed into your mouth, eyes, open cuts or sores ect., to catch Ebola. It is a very nasty thing but its much much worse over in Africa because they are not as clean or keep up on hygiene as we do. Sounds messed up but it is what it is. They live in filth and when things like Ebola pop up they pay for it the most.

They are Motorola radios but they aren't bad at all, another time we used them that stands out is when we hiked way back into this canyon and decided to go out the other side so my friend went back to move the truck around and he was all the way at the mouth of the canyon at the truck and I was towards the back of the canyon and he called and was still able to ask me if I wanted a Gatorade from the cooler when he came back. They are actually my buddies radios and I don't know the exact model but I know for a fact they are Motorola brand.

I want it, how much are you asking, I am in the market and will buy this one if no one else has got to it first.

Make sure you get the ones that will vibrate with a certain button, it comes in really handy when your buddy is sitting on a high point and he's walking you into a buck on an archery hunt and he wants to get my attention without making noise on the radio to tell me the deer is 50 yards walking right at me. Little story for ya there, I never got a clear shot at the buck but when he left his bed and started walking towards me it was so thick I couldn't even see him. So I knew when my radio vibrated it was important and I was able to talk/whisper with my buddy who was up on the hill watching through the glasses and he was able to tell me to stop moving in on the buck cause he had started moving towards me. Anyways great feature to have, sorry for the rambling. Haha

Oh yeah, that's a little too far north for myself, I'm way down south by the border, good luck on your sale, sorry I couldn't help.

I was thinking the same thing, I was figuring the cat would be bigger in the picture but the size of the surroundings is deceiving.

Only reason I read this was to see what people were making jokes about in other posts, as a matter of fact, I don't even know why I'm posting on this. Good luck and may the classified rulers have mercy on your posts.

Where are you located, I will offer you 250 for it if your willing?

That's a shame, I'm down in the southern part and I won't be heading up that way for a while.

Duck season opener success
az_shooter replied to Coues assassin's topic in Small Game, Upland Bird, and Waterfowl Hunting
Nice bag there, I almost flipped out thinking we missed the season opener but then I realized that the desert season opener isn't until October 17th and the mountain season opener was yesterday, haha good job. -
Nicely done, congrats!

You must have not watched the UA/Oregon game then... or the UA/CAL game...

First off, welcome to the site. Second, if your not from here I would use the h3ll out of Google Earth. Start finding roads and access points. Call around to forest service ranger districts and ask questions about closures and start collecting maps. Pick one area and study the crap out of it.

Dang wish I had the money for this, awesome glass.

If your dealers are like any of the other thousands of dealers I know or have heard about, that's not a good idea. -
He is old, pretty soon his left side will look like his right and he will be the widest 130" mule deer you've ever seen in your life.
