We were in 23S. My son text me from school, said he is going crazy itching. I took him some aloe Vera with lidocaine. The lady at the front desk of the high school said that he could not have it... Until I showed her my legs! Then she said it was fine! Definately helped the itching. We did the deet spray. But I think we got it so bad from sleeping under the stars a couple nights.

All of the puppies are taken. Thank you CW. All the pups went to good homes!

We have 3 female lab mix puppies for sale. 2 black and 1 yellow. In the pics below, mom is the yellow lab and the black lab is dad. 7 weeks old today. I would like to see them go to outdoors CW families. I will put them on CL after this weekend. Located in queen creek. $25. 480-220-6501 call or text.

That's funny. One of my labs did the same thing. Put in an electric fence to him on my property. He would take off after a rabbit and jump the fence and yelp, then stand on the other side and refuse to come back in because he knew what was going to happen. Tried moving it away from the fence and he jumped farther.

Looking for advice on raising a child into a hunter
Smith2260 replied to TonyC's topic in Youth Hunters
Take them into the outdoors every chance you get! My son was on my back on his first turkey hunt when he was 2 1/2 months old. I carried that boy all over for awhile. Then when he was able to walk, he walked until he was tired then I carried him again. Now he is 13 and almost 6 feet tall. Packed out part of his sisters elk last year and his own pig and turkey this year. Did the same with my daughter. She is 11 and is already arguing with her brother about who gets first shot for dove and squirrel this year. I say Rock Paper Scissors, but she says otherwise!! They started shooting rabbits and squirrels when they were about 3 or 4. Ate every last one of them to teach them like my dad did. I try to show them everything God created for us to live. We eat prickly pears and acorns. If I go hunting or scouting while they are at school, they remind me when I get home that they did not get to go. Makes me feel bad, but school comes first...sometimes. -
The black labs mom was a pure breed yellow lab that jumped the fence and we think she breed with a big pure breed black lab next door. He is very blocky headed and beautiful. The mom's mom was also a pure breed that we are not sure of the mix. We think either German shepherd or another lab in the neighborhood based in her ears. We live in a rural area so we know most of the dogs around.

Does the boy have 27s/28n?? If so, I had the tag a few years ago and would love to help a kid out.

Definitely wear ear pro. At my job we get an annual hearing test. I started putting in plugs before the shot about 4 years ago. I was told by the Doc that if my hearing test continued at the current trend I would have hearings aids within 10 years. I now have Tinnitis (ringing in the ears). That ringing sound never goes away, roosting birds in April or bugles in September, it is always there. I wish I knew 20 years ago what I know now. Keep in mind I am only in my 30's. I will put my left plug in when I am going to set up and let the right one hang from my neck, then when it is time to shoot I simply slide the right one in without having to move from the rifle.

I don't think so. I have an 06 700 and the bolts are smaller than the holes on these rims.
-
These rims don't fit my ranger. Like a dummy I did not know the bolts were a bigger size on the new Rangers and I bought them for spares. Now I have no use for them. I will take $300. I also have all of the lug nuts if you need them.

Do you agree with G&F forcing kids to take Hunter Safety???
Smith2260 replied to Big Browns's topic in Youth Hunters
If your kids want to hunt big game bad enough, they will do it. Both my kids did it just before they were 10 and together have killed deer, elk, pig and turkey. I have been through it a few times now. When I was 10 my dad drove me and my two best friends to that class in Phoenix for what seemed like 2 or three months. He said if they were going to be at our house and camping and shooting birds with us then they had to take the class. No offense but in my opinion... Yours should also... -
Never got around to posting these pics from our kids javelina hunt in the general season. We left home at 2am and were glassing as the sun was hitting the hills. We had a quad break and a couple great friends let us borrow their quad to get to the pigs. We got into pigs and my then 12 year old son shot his fourth pig at about 10 yards and my then 10 year old daughter shot her first pig at about 25 yards. My son was excited to pack out his own pig in his new pack frame. He packed out part of my daughters elk last November. If the video works, my wife filmed from a few yards back. The first shot is my daughter and her pig folded. Then my son grabbed the rifle and shot his pig on film. It also folded!!trim.DADD0729-8919-41A1-8BF5-DF8C465332AB.MOV

My wife, Dad and I took our kids turkey hunting this weekend. My 13 year old son shot this turkey the second day. Had three toms within 25 yards before he dropped his with a 9 1/2" beard. Worked some birds with my 11 year old daughter but could not get them close enough for her. She was bummed until she found these sheds!! Then she was all smiles!! My son also found a smaller rag shed but sorry no pics. Thank you Game and Fish for giving the kids an early shot at turkeys!

Will these rims fit a 2006 700xp??

My 10 year old 70 pound daughter shot her elk this year with a 7mm-08 and loves that rifle! My wife shoots my 7mag with a brake and won't shoot any of my other rifles since I had a brake put on the 7mag. She is a small gal also.

We have an 8 week old male black lab mix puppy for sale. I will post pics and you can see that he is not a mut, but he is not pure breed with papers. We have both mom and dad. We were giving the puppies to friends and the person who claimed this pup said her husband changed his mind today. So we would like him to go to a loving CW home. I need to be honest and say that his parents are siblings and a gate was left open on our property and we had puppies. He is a very healthy pup. Please make us a reasonable offer so he goes to a good home. Thank you. Please call or text. Bobby 480-220-6501 The yellow lab is Mom. The black lab is Dad. The pic with him sitting is today. The pic with the ball is at 6 weeks.

Thank you Coueswhitetail! The puppy has gone to a hunting family.

Free Please ask your friends and family. I really do not want to put this puppy on Craigslist. I already have 3 labs or I would keep him. I would give him free to a good family.
