He did my sheep in '07. Everyone I asked gave me his name. Did an awesome job!

I was in a similar situation. Neighbor accused my dog of eating her chickens at night. Keep in mind we have coyotes, owl and Tom cats all around. And we have dozens of free range chickens and turkeys on our own property. She turned me in to the county and that was the end. Not as simple as "train them to stay home". Sucks you have to deal with that.

Any recommendations for window replacement companies or friends to pay cash on the side?

My lab learned that if he ran fast and jumped the "invisible" fence, that the escape was worth the slight pain. Then he would just sit on the other side and wait.

We have the micro bastard on our 300wsm. My 13 year old daughter loves to shoot it. Literally no kick. She jokes and says the .22 kicks more

My wife finds coues deer that most guys never see. She will sit in a blind in the August desert with a bow. The cold hunts are not her favorite, but she wants to cash her points in on a Dec WT tag this year. I bought her a pair of 15's for our 15 year anniversary (at her request). Only problem is now i have to carry two pairs of 15's to the glassing spot Sounds like you don't have any problem at all.

Anybody on here do appliance repair? I have an older admiral fridge/freezer that is just running constant and froze all the food in the fridge solid last night. Located in Queen Creek. Any advice from past experiences would be great. If no repair folks, then where to buy a fridge is the next question Thank you! Bobby

Thank you. I will try that.

Cow elk caliber for kids rifle
Smith2260 replied to BOWUNTR's topic in Rifles, Reloading and Gunsmithing
When my daughter was 10 she killed a cow with a 7mm-08. No muzzle break needed. She shot a lot before the hunt also. Factory ammo for that hunt. She will be 13 next week and easily shoots our 7mag and 300wsm, both with breaks. -

Completely agree^^ But since you know the expected outcome, think twice before being offensive with your truck

I agree with not taking up a whole lane.

I used to think the same way, until I started training for triathlons a few years ago. If you think it is funny to get very close to cyclists then you are an idiot!! If there is an unexpected rock, stick or crack in the road, we have to swerve a few inches. Have you seen a friend or family hit by a car or even close to hit by a car? A car bumped my wife on her bike in front of me and it scared me to know there was nothing I could do. She was lucky to crash away from traffic instead of being ran over. I have seen others not so lucky. I do agree with the group riders taking up the whole lane. We ride on or near the white line because there are a lot of rocks and thorns that will give you a flat if you are near the curb or edge. Cycling is great cross training for hunting. I challenge any of you to a hunter that is in triathlon shape, you will not keep up with their cardio in the mountains with a pack on your backs. Yes I drive a diesel, no I'm not a hippie. Just trying to educate those that have not seen a human crushed by an idiot in a vehicle. If you have, you would not post the things you did.

Ear pro is a must with or without a break! The ringing after the shot was stupid 20 years ago. Now the ringing is permanent day and night. During shooting practice I use plugs and muffs. We just keep a pair of plugs on a string in our pocket and a pair in a small pouch clipped to a zipper on my pack so I always know where it is.
