    Taxiderist?

For deer you cant go wrong with Clay Goldman of Mogollon Taxidermy in Payson. Hes a coues fanatic and really gets them right. And Im sure he'd do an excellent job on your bear rug also

    sonic broad heads

I curious about the sonic heads my self. Last year I tried rocket ultimate steels which are another of the new mini head styles. the proved to be devasting on a trophy buck at 40 yards. very strong and very accurate.

shafts alluminium or carbon or both

I was a diehard aluminum arrow chucker until i finally switched to carbons 2 years ago. I will never go back to aluminum. There is nothing wrong with aluminum arrows. But by swithing to carbon I gained speed, kinetic energy and much tighter groups. And the cost difference is not that much, I shoot eastons carbon aeros which are their entry level carbon shaft.

    how many coues?

I have taken six myself, five with a rifle and one with a bow. One spike, one fork (my first coues) then an 82 and followed by an 84 then a 100" 6x4. But my biggest buck came last year with my bow he grosses a shade over 103". God bless the mighty Coues.

    any unit

Ernesto, That buck now hangs proudly on my wall. You can see him on Archery page 6. He's the very wide and heavy 3x4 (including eye-guards)

    any unit

I would have to say first week of september, unit 8, with my bow and a 100" coues at 40 yards... oh wait, that was last year.
