Like they’re saying, the buck died in the velvet and it has since been removed one way or another. Please say it a coues. We need a good conspiracy around here

I've got a magnetospeed you can borrow if you need it. They seem a little more consistent than a chronograph. I'm right on the QC/Gilbert border. Shoot me a PM if interested

Too bad he’s a liberal. I used to like Tyler Childers until i saw him in concert and it was a woke fest. He has since made a lot of sjw type comments on things.

Get ahold of Steve Edwards out of Queen Valley Mule Ranch. Probably one of the best sources for mule tack there is. Makes a lot specific tack just for mules.

+1. I’ve bought a lot of optics from him. They are usually 20-25% less than retail.

Nothing like the spring Lake Trout bite at the salt river. Crazy that all those people tubing don't have an impact on them. They must feed on beer cans.
-
so you'd sleep ok knowing a bunch of people that have dreamt about a sheep tag their whole life and never missed a year of applying would die before they get drawn if BP's were eliminated? All so kids and newbies can have a better chance of getting tags?
-
A mandatory wait would definitely help. I wish they’d go 10 years of applying for bighorn and rifle antelope before you are considered for the draw.

Probably didn't have a winter kill but the fishing hasn't been worth a dang up there. those lakes got absolutely hammered by the amount of people fishing last year.

I fished lower black river this weekend and did pretty good. It is running a lot lower than it usually is this time of the year and the moss was already starting but the bite was still pretty good. Caught and released a lot of smallmouth and kept some catfish for the deep fryer. There were other people there but never felt crowded. Probably ran into 10 or 12 people and we fished about a 3-mile stretch

Yeah, yeah, yeah The herd introduced a hundred or so years ago had a drop of beef blood in them. Elizabeth Warren has more indian in her blood. I just don’t get why they need to slaughter them? Anyone know the reason behind it? What are there maybe 500 or so bison in AZ? Our elk are not native. Why not slaughter them? The donkeys and horses are an actual problem.
-
How do you figure they are non-native? How are there so many bison farms and enclosures in the world if they can’t be contained? Rocky Mountain elk are not native to AZ. Should they be mowed down?
-
Ya’ll are crazy if you think the chosen "sharpshooters" will be anything more than Russ Jacoby’s chosen group.
-
The only thing worse than the 6.5 cm is the people calling it a caliber and not a cartridge.
-
People build fences to keep elephants contained. Don’t think it’d be that hard to keep a bison out. There are 10,000 wild horses wrecking habitat across the state that the feds will do nothing about but they’ll slaughter the few hundred bison (native species) inside the park? Nice move feds. What a joke.

All you’ve gotta do is fence the water, you don’t even need to drain it. Buffalo won’t jump a fence but all the other critters will. A few hundred T-posts, several thousand feet of barbed wire and some volunteers will fix the problem in about a week and you don’t have to slaughter all the dang bison. G&F doesn’t want solutions though.

My buckshot is still on the table of you need it

I have a savage lrh .338 lapua that is an absolute tack driver. It comes out of the safe every couple years for an elk hunt. They are expensive to load and not much fun to shoot but they absolutely hammer elk. Brass is $3 each, bullets are 1$ each and they hold $1 worth of powder.
