If i dip below 225, i look unhealthy. Just have a big frame. Yeah, joe is on TRT, probably a good idea for a lor of people. I go in waves man. I like my beans and cornbread like the next guy. I fluctuate 20lbs every 2 years or so but i refuse to get fat, especially in a family with obesity problems. I'm thinking about starting a new diet that consists of lots of columbian bam bam and late nights with prostitutes. Worked okay for Charlie Sheen?

I'm willing to bet a lot i'm in ketosis. I go as far as pIssing on keto sticks every day. I have been an athlete my entire life and played college ball for 4 years. I know a thing or two about diet and exercise myself. I lift daily, bench 350+ still, squat 450+, and deadlifted 495 for sets a couple hours ago. I do not fall for celebrity diets or fads, nor will i ever. NOTHING replaces proper diet and exercise . I know the differences that you are talking about and understand the basic "burn more than you take in" diet, which works pretty good for most people. Joe rogan is nearly 50 and about 10% body fat. Hard to get any more ripped than that at that age. Keto has worked great for me. I agree with most of what Trphyhnter is saying, but some diets work different for different people. If i do the standard low calorie diet, i end up being "skinny fat".

that's like a sore D!ck right there. just can't beat it

Grey Ghost does this joe rogan put out a book? no but he has a GREAT podcast and has had a few guests dthat are experts on it. One with Mark Scisson is really good

similar to atkins, but different results. atkins is not really a healthy diet. it really crashes your system and you lose as much muscle as fat. Keto makes your body run on fat. After your body resets itself on the Keto diet, your body treats fat kind of how it used to treat sugar. when you eat a fatty meal, you get a rush of energy, like eating a lot of sugar will do, but you do not get the crash due to your insulin levels not constantly peaking and crashing. new studies have also shown some crazy results. Keto diet has been shown to boost cognitive function as well as testosterone levels recently......

my diet is pretty simple really. sometimes i pack a lunch to work, sometimes i don't. the thing i like, is i am rarely hungry. some days i have to force myself to eat. most diets, you are starving every day. i also eat more venison than anything, which i have done since birth Breakfast- work days, Coffee with butter and MCT oil in it. sounds terrible, tastes delicious and keeps you rockin until lunch time. weekend i like lots of eggs with lots of pork and cheese Snacks- Almond butter, cheese, jerky, nuts, etc. i keep a bag of mixed nuts and jar of almond butter at my desk. Lunch- salads with lots of meat and certain dressings that don't have lots of carbs. no crutons. Lettuce wrapped cheese burgers are also awesome and almost all fast food joints will sell them that was. i prefer in-n-out and carl's junior. leftovers from dinner if i have them Dinner- low carb. any kind of meat and some veggies. this week i've had meatloaf, chicken pesto covered in cheese, bowls of pork red chili loaded up with cheese and sour cream. Really, just don't eat starchy veggies like corn, potatoes, etc. and stay away from bread, pasta, rice, grains, beans. Whatever you eat, load that shlt up with butter, coconut oil, olive oil or referably MCT oil. the key is to eat double the grams of fat that you do grams of protein and keep your carbs as low as possible. i'm always around 20-50 grams of carbs a day, sometimes even less. if you make a steak, melt GRASS FED butter over the top of it, if you want a bunless burger, load it up with bacon and oil or butter and mayo. i usually have a good cheat meal on the weekends and pig out on whatever i feel like i'm missing out on. My blood sugar and blood pressure was so high before i started the diet, doctors were afraid i was pre-diabetic. my feet and legs were always red and swollen. recent bloodwork has showed all my vitals to be perfect.

i was in the same position until i found out i got drawn for a physically demanding late bull hunt. I changed my diet to the Ketogenic diet (thanks Joe Rogan) and it honestly has been life changing so far. With the diet and regular gym time, i went from an out of shape 6'4" 250lbs to 230lbs while losing 10%+ body fat and packing on a lot of muscle in about 3 months time. the diet is low carb/moderate protein/insanely high fat basically. converts your body from running on glucose (sugar) to running on fat. a LOT of high performance athletes are doing it now. I feel better than i have in years and it's really easy to stick with. lots of butter, oil, meats and vegetables.

anything out of the ordinary will stop them for long enough to take a picture or two. an old stinky bone seems to work really good. i've seen people use a beer can, piece of ribbon. anything that sticks out really

Drinkers are always tempting. Deer usually have specific trails going to and from tanks. Try to put them on the trails a little ways from the tank. Won't get wuite as many pics, but it's a lot safer bet

i have been running cameras for 10+ years and am yet to have one stolen. i usually have around 5 of them out too. I am knocking on wood now, but placement is the key. get them high in a tree and point them down!!!!!!!!

looks like a good bull. 330 type frame when he finishes with a 10-12" extra. i would say he finishes in the 340" range. great bull

it'll go on craigslist soon. just like giving the good guys first dibs on things

i blame the lack of morals in the last 5-10 years on Obama.... i use loose salt. it would require a backhoe and dump truck to steal. I don't like using the salt blocks because cattle really tear them up and people can find them easy. i get photos of people pretty regular that walk right through my salt licks and don't even know it's there
-
stolen salt lick sound like a lot of work. I'm guessing a salt block? stealing a $6, 50lb block doesn't sound worth while to me

it seems like growth will end up pretty good this year but what animals i have seen are a little behind. i would guess that a lot of bucks will still have quite a bit of growth left when the august archery season starts. the bucks i have on my cameras this year are pretty far behind from what i usually see. especially the coues

8k in the last year, really. not to mention the 8k tranny that got put in it right before he got it. tranny probably only has 20k on it. truck should be "bullet proof" now. like everyone said, you throw blue book out the window. this truck is VERY competitively priced. on craigslist most people are asking that or more for those that don't have any of the work done. keep talking about it, negative or positive so it stays at the top. someone will bite. truck is not on craigslist yet and price is negotiable. he didn't need the diesel anymore. bought a Tundra. if i hadn't of just bought a new cummins, i would have bought it from him
-
price added. really a nice truck. cleanest 97' out there
-
Groups? What work was done by a gunsmith?
-
Looks like a nice boat, good luck with the sale. Old boats are only worth as much as the motor though.

like most here, low to mid 80's i would guess. could surprise us all and push up into the 86-87 range when he finishes though. really hard to judge
