Deer of course. I'm wondering what bullet in a .223 for elk?Do I get the double doucher? As long as it's a berger in any grain and you shoot the bull in the shoulder it will work fine out to 800. Berger's are made out of melted leprechaun teeth and kill every animal on impact. Ask anyone that shoots them, they'll be sure to let you know!

What about an award fo the next person to ask if a .223 is a sufficient deer rifle?

Man, it's getting deep in here!

Because too many people took advantage of the system for too long and put their kids in from birth.

If you look closely at the second picture, it's pretty easy to identify the guy. -
You wouldn't regret it!

How many inches of antler can a coues buck put on in one year?
GreyGhost85 replied to Pixman's topic in The Campfire
That's pretty incredible. I watch a lot of bucks on camera year to year and like stated earlier from 2-4 i see big leaps, but after that it seems like the growth is much slower. I do have a mule deer buck i have pictures of for 2 years and he went from a 155" type buck to a 180" class buck in one year. I think he made that jump in years 3-4. -
Isn't there a wolf somewhere that needs a hug?

Do you have a photo of the serial number?

Ever come to the valley?

Agree. It will be racist if broncos win. That was one of the worst 10 minutes of my life

23 south doesn't have a very high elk density and it is really rough country. There are some huge bulls in there though. I think the hunter type he is describing is someone whomis physically fit and willing to really put in the leg work

There was another article on here recently about darting a wolf. In the pictures, you can see the dart hanging out of it's foot with a lot of blood. With any luck, it'll cripple that one up enough that he dies as well

A lot of coues have "splotches" on their brisket and lower legs, but never seen it that predominant. Might have a little piebald gene though. Thanks for posting, always fun to see trail cam pics

I have spent a lot of time in ground blinds and a lot of money on them. They all wear out after a few seasons. Latey i have been running a cheapo guide gear 5-hub from sportsman's guide and really like it. Had all the features i like and is very easy to pop and break down. Literally takes 30 seconds. They are only like $60-$70 also.

You could have it pedestal mounted and do the whole base yourself. That's what i'm going to do on my next one.

30%+ of released trout/salmon die shortly after the catch anyways.

Recently bought a rifle from Levers and it was exactly as described and better. If he says they are nice, they are really nice. Very nice condition, probably close to exceptional. Yes they are. Good guy to deal with also. I bought a 218 Bee from him recently -
Recommendation for a Scope on an AR Style
GreyGhost85 replied to trphyhntr's topic in Rifles, Reloading and Gunsmithing
I shoot a minox 3-15x42 on mine. It has a long eye relief, which is nice on the AR platform. Just make sure to get forward mounts like Casey recommended. -
I don't think people quite grasp what this is. I have never set foot in 10, so no bias here. What is happening is just another step towards AZ issuing land owner tags, and i would guarantee that is what the "Bo" is working towards. If it happens i would guess most other private ranches will follow suit.

I figured you wouldn't take well to constructive criticism. Check out gunbroker. I figured an expert like you has probably heard of it. 30-06 is probably the most common pre 64. Sure, the oddball calibers are worth much more. Best of luck with that sale. You're going to need it. -

Those are desirable rifles and i'm gonna try to help you out here. You are still $800 high on your asking price. Hope you don't take it the wrong way -
I have the zeiss HD and they are better than everything BUT the new HD swaros. I have had them side by side with all models of swaro 15's, leica 15's, kaibabs. Everyone agreed also. Yes the swaros are a little better, but IMHO they are not $1,000 better.
