12 Year Old's Skull Cleaning Business *New Pics 6/19/17*

We could meet up if you ever get near the airport. Otherwise, I am probably going to start keeping a list of a few westside people to meet up with next time I head out that way.

    Boy Scouts of America

I'm hearing that they are already working on a program for the 8-13 year old groups. Won't be long before they completely withdraw from the BSA. The following article states: The problem of creating a program for all of the church's boys and young men around the world remains. The church's Thursday statement alluded in multiple places to working toward programs that could replace Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts. For example, it said the church is sticking with the Cub Scout and Boy Scout programs because they "currently meet the development program needs of boys from ages 8 through 13." The statement noted that "previous statements have indicated that the church wants a program that serves all young men around the world." It also noted that "the church continues to look for ways to meet the spiritual, physical, emotional and intellectual needs of young men around the world." http://www.deseretnews.com/article/865679711/Mormons-drop-Scout-programs-for-older-teens.html

    Spot Lighting

Also, since you can get it from Walmart, you can try it out and do an easy return if it doesn't work for you.

    Spot Lighting

How long does it last and will it work right away with a dead battery but plugged in?? I've never had it die on me so I can't say. At least a few hours. It will work immediately when plugged in if the battery goes dead. It comes with a reasonably longcord, so I usually leave it plugged in if using it from the truck.

    Spot Lighting

I've had several over the years including some expensive, and some relatively cheap ones. My wife got me this one for Christmas a few years ago after my last one broke. Being a relatively inexpensive brand from Walmart, I didn't expect much from it. It has been my best one to date. Quite small and compact, but has a very strong beam. Holds a charge for a good amount of time, but can also be plugged into a vehicle outlet. I charge it up and throw it in the truck every time I head up north. I'd buy the exact same one again if it broke or got lost. https://www.walmart.com/ip/Stanley-FatMax-10W-LED-Lithium-Ion-Rechargeable-Spotlight/38243763?wmlspartner=wlpa&selectedSellerId=0&adid=22222222228027572428&wl0=&wl1=g&wl2=m&wl3=57949642488&wl4=pla-81845423808&wl5=9053836&wl6=&wl7=&wl8=&wl9=pla&wl10=8175035&wl11=online&wl12=38243763&wl13=&veh=sem

    Scouting 3a3c

I'll be making multiple scouting trips up there throughout the summer and going into fall. My info won't be much good to you on a late bull hunt, but I'd be happy to help if I can.

Anyone want to take a guess at this one my son is cleaning? No one has been able to guess it yet. (sorry to hijack)

    Optics System Choice

I run the 12x50sELs with the new Vortex 85 spotter. I do so because I can still hand hold the 12s for short periods and I don't want to pack two pairs. I've never used 15s so I can't compare. But I can find anything within my range with the 12s and pick it appart with the spotter. Again, I can speak from experience, but I would rather have more crispness over a little more magnification.

    Muzzle Brake to Large?

Agreed, always wear hearing protection if possible with any caliber. I know too many guys in the generation ahead of me with terrible hearing from years of shooting without protection. I always hunt with some of the little plastic plugs in my most accessible pocket when hunting.

    Muzzle Brake to Large?

Your big 5 port one would be plenty. I have a 3 side port Badger Thruster brake on my 300 RUM and my son has been shooting it since he was 9 and loves it. Just have him talk to Eric and he will steer him in the right direction.

Roof for ranger crew? where/what to get

Where is that? Thats a heck of deal. heck a decent canvas one is $100. I'm in. Yeah, that is a screaming deal! I have one of the hard plastic ones from the dealer, but they run $500+. I'd like to know the name of the metal shop as well! Either way, they are worth the money to keep the sun off of you. Especially if you have a crew and ride a lot with the wife and kids along.
