This stuff tends to happen when they are resetting and getting ready for the draw and results. You are probably fine, but I would call AZGFD to confirm.

Do you keep a log or just have an impressive memory? I wish my memory were that good. I just did a search on this website for the old posts saying that regs were out. Took about 30 seconds.

Late April to early May. Last year they come out online on May 4th. Two years ago it was on May 1st.

I bought this tripod and center post extension directly from Outdoorsmans last summer and have used it on a few hunts. It has very minimal usage wear and is in perfect working condition. New Retail for the tripod is $479.99 New retail for the center post extension is $99.99 Asking $400 for both. Prefer to sell locally. Will post pictures this evening. https://outdoorsmans.com/collections/outdoorsmans-tripod-system/products/outdoorsmans-tall-tripod https://outdoorsmans.com/products/outdoorsmans-center-post-extension-long?variant=4164554753

My family and I had a great time. We were super excited to see Ammon win the shotgun. My son was the one who got to pull his winning ticket out of the bucket and was super glad that he got the right one.

I've had great and terrible experiences. It can be a little Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde there. To paraphrase Forest Gump, Bear Mountain is like a box of chocolates. You never know what you're gonna get. Just expect it going in. If it is firearms related +100 for Healy's. Fantastic customer service!

I've done that with other powders and bullets. I've never had issues as long as the bullet weights are the same.

Are they going to make it with a straight viewer?

UPDATED!!! Who in phoenix still makes game meat sausage? 2 i used no longer take game
rossislider replied to hoghntr's topic in The Campfire
I do my own elk and deer, but really didn't want to mess with my son's javelina from last month. I took it to Miller's Southwest Processing in Queen Creek. I think they may be a site sponsor? Anyhow, I was really please with what I got back. They do a flat $95 for a javelina and will mix it with regular pork to make whatever you want. You will get back about 30 lbs (if you are looking to do javelina). I did a mix of snack sticks (like a Slim Jim the diameter of a penny) and summer sausage. Both turned out awesome, probably too good. I have only had it back a week and my kids are about 7-8 pounds through the 15 pounds of snack sticks we got. If you go with them, go with some black pepper and some jalapeno snack sticks. The jalapeno and cheddar summer sausage is also money. Just be sure to ask them to cut the 3 pound summer sausages into thirds before wrapping and freezing. That way you don'y have to defrost a giant 3 pound stick all at once. -

Thank you for all of the offers and encouragement from everyone. With what has been offered thus far we have at least several javelina skulls and some coyotes which should get him started an keep him busy for a little while. -

Thanks TJ, let me know and we will definitely get with you to pick it up. -
I've had good experiences with their warranty. Sent in a pair of pants one time that ripped. They put a patch on them and I was disappointed with the workmanship of the patch so I called them back. Received a brand new pair in the mail a few days later.

Waterfowl Gun for next year
rossislider replied to Havasuhunter's topic in Small Game, Upland Bird, and Waterfowl Hunting
I researched the Stoeger M3500 (Stoeger is a subsidiary of Benelli) this past year based upon a recommendation from Big Browns and ended up getting one. I have been extremely impressed. It has shot and cycled everything I have put through it from 2.75" to 3.5" without fail. I think it would be very hard to beat it in a semi auto for under $1000 (it retails for around $600-$700). I have let a couple friends/family member in the market try mine. They all ended up getting one http://www.cabelas.com/product/Stoeger-Model-Semiautomatic-Shotguns/1229634.uts -
Wouldn't work on turkey, but if a bear were traveling back and fourth to a kill site, you identified the route, and killed it on route, you would not be hunting over bait.

That sounds pretty awesome. All the craziness makes for good stories and memories. Congratulations again!

Remember, AZGFD will no be making calls for declined credit cards this year. They even state it on the receipt page of your online application (see picture below). Credit cards must be updated by 11:59 PM on Thursday 3/16/17. MARK YOUR CALENDARS! Based upon the last couple of draw cycles, I would assume the following: There will probably not be an email reminder to update credit cards. The process has gone very smoothly as of late, and the charging had started in the AM hours the next day after the deadline date to update credit cards. There will be a lot of people coming in here complaining about how unfair the process was.

Do you know what time the dinner and main activities will be starting? We just found out our son, who is coming with us, also has a Boy Scout camporee the night before and will probably be getting home late Saturday afternoon.
