  1. My understanding of that project is that all Department money has been spent on clearing land the K4 leases from USFS and not a dime has been spent on the K4's private, deeded property.  The leased property is adjacent to the checkerboard blocks, but the public can still access it.   If that is true, does that change anyone's opinion?

yeah he netted 161 4/8. game an fish counted themselves 7 rings so dustin thought he was 8. personally think he's 9 as well as my buddies that outfit sheep but can't barely make out rings with his horns being so dark. who knows. either way 8-9 years of age isn't a bad.

Game and Fish was off by 3 years and 4 inches on my daughter's ram.  I had two separate B&C scorers provide a second opinion.  They independently agreed on the older age and were within 1/8" of each other on score.

Was it the Wards again? :D

If it's the investigation that has been in the works for a few years now then it's actually a large group of individuals with foreign names and birthplaces...I'll leave it at that until the press releases come out.

Not saying you're wrong but are you sure on the apps vs applications? I've never seen that in past reports.

This is only the second year they have released reports in this format, but after the first year they did it I noticed that for one of the youth hunts we applied for there was only one app that made it into the bonus pass.  The report listed "1"  (the bold number) with the number of applicants as "2".  That was the app that had my kid and my buddy's kid on it.  Our app was the only one with that many points.

  5. 588 and 10 are the number of applicants.  387 is the number of APPLICATIONS.  When people apply as a group it counts as one application.  Same goes for the tags issued.  The bolded number is the number of successful applications.

The math still doesn't quite add up on the successful applications and tags issued, but it's much closer.  My best guess is that the tags reissued due to rejected card applications don't make it in to the raw data.

  6. Don’t overlook the compact Tikka models. My kids shoot one in 7mm08 and I have recommended them to two other dads. We have all and the same results.  I can get my kids’ gun to shoot 3 inch groups at 500 with three different bullet weights.

Yes mid January and got the tags a few days later

Crap.  No one in our group has been charged yet, but when we called they told us that we were on the list for the second hunt.  Which one do you have?

Seems odd that someone who has revealed himself on multiple occasions to be a raging alcoholic with a habit of getting online while nearly blackout drunk would make baseless claims about another's supposed substance abuse.

You make another donation this year?

No, he's calling out out for spreading played out theories for how the charges happen.  All cards get hit at the same time...doesn't matter if it is bonus pass, 1/2 pass, or 3-5 pass.  The only delays are 1) people who have slow banks, 2) people who don't know how to check their cards, and 3) declined card tags reassigned several days later.

  10. I switched out the breech plug in my CVA Optima to the Blackhorn 209 style.  I have a friend who is going to use it for HAM javelina season, but I’m going to have him use 777 pellets because my supply of BH209 is too valuable to use on pigs.  Long story short, I have lost my original breech plug. Has anyone tried shooting pellets with the BH209 style plug in the gun?  I’m wondering if I would have ignition issues if I tried it given the big recess to allow for loose powder to fill in.
