Still trying to get the aim of these cameras right... either too low to get the whole elk or too much sun or just the wrong angle. Did get some good pics of a couple of very busy places! Can't we all just get along!!!

??????????? GameHauler talked about the squirrel, I never saw it in the picture... But here's one of the little rodents that triggered my camera about 50 x's. Looks like the bobcat has his eye on something though!

Had the camera out messing around in the unit I have a archery bull tag in. Lots of elk captured on cam, here are 3 different bulls. So far so good I think Those boys are looking good! Along with the elk I was a surprised with a good picture of a bear! Same but dif. view I was so excited to get this guy, he went right up to the camera and gave it a big 'ol smooch! I can't wait, this Summer and Fall are going to be soooo much fun! Ilene

There are not many places to shoot and I suggest not doing so. The area around Whitehorse is extremely popular for campers, day use, fisherman, basically there are a lot of people around on weekends, plus being the last weekend of turkey season there will be even more people out there (including me)...

I have not had the pleasure of shooting with Jackie, although I do know who she is. The turn out for these shoots have been very impressive, I can't wait for Sunrise!

I was there! Had a great time, the girls I shot with are a blast! Good competitors and just a lot of fun to be around, had lots of laughs and giggles The courses were challenging and fun. A big shout out to Apache Bowhunters, did a great job and were very organized! Oh yeah, AND, I took 2nd in HCF!!! Ilene

Whoop Whoop!!!!! Merry Christmas to Me!

Yesterday sitting 6 hours in my Double Bull thinking "gee it's not so bad inside here"...Big gust of wind, breaks the 2 branches blind is tied down to, pulls up stakes, blind knocks me in my head, bow falls to ground, blind on it's way down to the bottom of a canyon before a tree stops it's decent! Okay, time to give up!

This was taken last week by trail cam. Look at his neck...I'd say YES they do rut and it is going on up here in the north part of the state. I was actually 21 yards from this guy yesterday, he had his nose right behind a doe. Don't ask, I really screwed up!!!
