Gotcha. A Google search of 6.8 Western load data will turn up some loads using RE-22, but they are internet loads.

There was a swap meet yesterday at Rio Salado, some guy had 2 pounds of RE-22 for sale and I don't remember the price that he wanted and it wasn't recent manufacture, it had the red or pink front on it. I don't know him, but I know the guy who had the table next to him, do you want me to see if I can get a contact number for him, if the guy I know even knows the guy who had the powder. I'm pretty sure he's still got it, when I left it was still there and there was very little traffic then.

No experience with the 6.8 Western, but the case is said to be basically a .270 WSM with a different angle on the shoulder. I've played with a couple of .270 WSM's using IMR-4350, which worked ok. No load data for RE-19 or 22?

Couple of variables. You didn't say if the Federal primers were 210M or 215M. If you went from a magnum primer down to a standard rifle primer then yes your poi is going to change. I'm guessing that your running about 60-70 grains of powder in that 7 mag. I wouldn't use anything but a magnum primer myself. You said that your using RL-22, that's all I use in my .270 and I've never had any problems with it as far as it being temp sensitive, but if you zeroed your rifle in July with the Rem primers and loaded up some with the Federal in October that might be your poi shift also. How far off was the poi shift between primers?

The first time I took a CCW class it was basically to get a card to carry legally. This was before Az was a constitutional carry state. The second was a little bit more of an eye opener. Unfortunately you are correct about UPS and Fed-Ex shipping policies. It's pretty much FFL to FFL now. The clerk I talked to at USPS said that they will ship a shotgun but no rifles or handguns. Another reason to see red in November! Let's Go Brandon!

Negative. I would look at the tags, but they ended up in some sort of soup. Going by memory, which gets worse with age and not better, as a matter of fact if my name wasn't inked on my arm, I'd probably forget it also. I don't think either season started until August sometime.

My bad, not an archery hunter, but every OTC tag that I have gotten from G&F for lion and bear has had the season dates on them.
