Never used any of the other powders that you have listed, other than the IMR-4350, and it will work. The others appear to be a tad too fast for the 7 mag case. That IMR- 7828 that Lance has will work also.

I am not 100% sure, but from what I heard is that David Tubb was the first to put two of those Kowa spotting scopes together, so he made his own bracket for them. You might check out his website, there probably won't be any listed, but you can ask if he can make you a set, my guess they won't be cheap, but the quality will be there. DavidTubb.com

Another thing, is that if you can put that Case bucket on that Cat back hoe, their teeth might not be interchangeable. I don't know. It might not matter, unless the owner has a bunch of Cat teeth laying around.
