Just left Brunos, they had 4 8lb kegs left, had 12 to start.

I'm not Edge, but for dog food. From what I understand, now a horse has to be processed for that in Mexico, making it cost prohivitive.

Happy Easter!

Years ago at an annual member's meeting at Rio Salado, one member had some Az State tax forms that allowed you to designate 400.00 of your tax dollars to a specific organization, he was pushing for the Wickenburg HS rifle team. In today's climate might be worth looking into again.

But then there is the 6.5 Creedmoor that I just picked up. 5 shots at 100.

Wickenburg had one, don't know if they still do.

Sometimes finances dictates just one rifle and sometimes choices dictates one rifle. After a divorce and my job going from all the hours that I wanted to 32 hours a week, I was down to one rifle, a .270. My buddy who has a boat load of toys, has just one rifle, a 7mm Mag.

Picked up a Bergara B-14 Hunter a couple of weeks ago, in 300 Win Mag. Looks like a Remington clone, shoots ok with factory ammo. Anyone else have one?

Taters are in the oven.

With the shoot storm the NRA is facing, my guess is that they will have a fire sale on life memberships and soon. I got mine for 300.00 a few years ago.

Haven't played with it all that much, shot cheap factory Winchester 180gr so-so, loaded up some 180gr Sierra, not too impressed. 300 WM.

Shotgun reloading suggestions
10Turkeys replied to WampusCat's topic in Rifles, Reloading and Gunsmithing
Try BPI, Ballistic Products Inc. It's a company in Minnesota that specializes in shotgun material. With the price of materials, its probably cheaper to buy factory loads. -
I have USAA Insurance, when you call them to file a windshield claim, they auto connect you with Safelite, have used them 3-4 times with no problem.

One of my buddy's son, made a mistake as a new hunter, I don't remember the specifics of it, but bottom line he self reported, GF bent him over, he has no intent of ever hunting again.

One of the guys Bowers, if that's Rusty Bowers which I'm sure it is, tried to close Rio Salado Sportsmans Club a few years ago. He owns land next to the range and tried to get it shut down, so some land developer could get his hands on it.

I necked turned for a few years. If you ask anyone if neck turning will help, the answer should be I don't know, it will depend on your gun. I would say that all benchrest shooters do, due to their guns being chambered for a tight neck, if their cases aren't turned they won't even go in the chamber. What I found that it was a whole lot of time spent for little rewards. I usually use Lapua brass in my silhouette rifle, and either Rem or Win brass in my hunting rifle. The Lapua brass is expensive but worth it.
