I'm selling my Leupold VX-II 3-9 X 40 Duplex - Matte Finish scope. It is slightly used and shows light ring marks. Included is the original box, and all other materials that came with it at the time of purchase. The blank registration card is also included as I never filled it out or sent it in. I would prefer a face to face transaction but can arrange shipping & insurance in the US for the right buyer/offer. I will be in the Northwest Valley through Thursday and in the Parks / Flagstaff area this Friday - Wednesday morning. Asking price $200.00 Thanks for looking...

I was fortunate enough to win this item in the bucket raffle at the Antelope foundation fundraiser. The gun was labeled a .270 Weatherby Magnum however upon pick up I learned it is a strait .270. A great cartridge but I already have a pre 64 model 70 .270. I have everthing included as new and have put 0 rounds through it. The 3 shot group from the factory is about a 3/4" group. The link below shows the same gun. I am asking $400.00 and am located in North Peoria. http://www.galleryofguns.com/genie/default...item=VGW270NR4O I can take some pictures of the specific gun and factory target if anyone would like. Thanks for looking. I can be reached via p.m.

After some more research I've dropped the price to $365.00. Sportsmans Warehouse sells it for $425.00 plus sales tax. Local sales only. Thanks for looking.

Hey Kevin good looking pup. I am partial to the name Jager. It translates to hunter in German. Jagermeister = Master Hunter Our 4 year old chocolate labs name is Jager. New meaning to the hair of the dog that bit you. -
According to some posts on Monster Muleys credit cards are starting to be charged. Check them if you can. Good luck, we should know results tomorrow.

I am planning a Black River trip for the holiday weekend. There is a group of four of us going & we are hoping that the fuel & permit expenses will cut back the crowds. The last time we went was two years ago in May. The smallmouth fishing was really good, but the scenery left something to be desired. We were at one of the lower elevation access & camping spots. I was curious if anyone had any suggestions for more scenic access & camping areas. We are either going to take a tent trailer that has had the axle flipped or just camp from an outfitters tent. Any suggestions are appreciated. Eric

Kevin, Good to hear from you. Thanks to the CouesWhitetail community & some co-workers I have some suggestions on places to check out. The trip you describe above is right up my alley. Unfortunately not everyone in the group is prepared or equipped for a backpack trip. If you get a chance I would like some info for future planning. Hope everything is good in sin city.

Tommy, How full is your plate this season? I am interested in using you for the Unit 17 first rifle deer hunt. Specifically your scouting service. Let me know. Eric -
I was just curious who is going to be at the Arizona Antelope banquet Saturday? I'll be one of the guys in back helping with the accounting. Come back and say hello if you get a chance. I hope it is another great night for Arizona's Antelope. Eric

100 Grain G5 Montec's for me. They fly well and the last bull I shot went a total of 30 yards before going down. That being said stick with whats working for ya. Eric -
Unit 17 deer for us. I hope there are a few bucks left in there. Congrats to all that drew. Hopefully the AZ draw will be successful for everyone. (Except for those who put in for my sheep units.) e.s.

I finally got through. We drew a 17 deer tag. Carp country. No luck on archery elk or sheep. Good luck to everyone else. Any 17 insight would be greatly appreciated. e.s.

I made it out to do some shed hunting and scout for spring turkey this weekend. This is the first time my son was able to join me. As if it wasn't already a perfect day in the woods with my father, my son, and my dog Jager we found this brownie and saw all kinds of turkey sign. As it lay Pics with the team (my dad was behind the camera) What a great day in the woods! I can't wait to do it again. Eric

I went out Saturday to do some scouting. It was a great trip. My dad, my son, and my dog all in the woods together. We found quite a few tracks, scratching spots, and turkey turds. Twice we got out of the truck to look around because it looked good for turkey and found sign within 10 yards of the truck. I put the camera out and hope to check it this weekend. I'll keep everyone posted. Here are a few pics. Turkey Tracks Scratching in the Pines The crew with a shed we found while out & about.

Here is a picture of the Osceola that I was fortunate to harvest a couple weeks ago in Florida. Wow there is a lot of birds down there. I have a first hunt unit 7 tag in AZ this spring. I have always hunted 23 here in AZ so 7 is a new challenge. Any tips/suggestions would be greatly appreciated. No c/c action so I am distracting myself with Turkey talk. Eric

Its confirmed. My credit card does work, I just wasn't drawn. Thank god for the over the counter archery deer tag.
