If the game and fish at their shoot together they would make the deadline to update cards midnight on whatever date they chose and immediately start charging cards the next day at the open of business. Then there would only be an eight hour time period for this fraud to occur.

I think I've decided to go with these on my savage long range Hunter. Has anyone used one or both of these? Does anyone have any better recommendations? I'm trying to save weight where possible. Also...what height would you recommend? The mediums are 1" from top of 20 Moa rail to center of mount. The highs are 1.125. I plan on using a x-xx-50 scope with a cap. Want to make sure it will clear the barrel with enough room, but not too much.

I'm not sure what the deal is with this website today, it's been giving me nothing but problems. I've posted the pictures three different times in two different threads.

After much thought and bargaining online with all sorts of folks I settled on a long range gun and bought it today. I went with a Savage long range hunter in 300 win mag. Now I need to outfit it with rings and a base. I haven't decided on what scope to use yet so I don't know if I'll need 1" rings or 30mm. Let me know opinions on both. What does everyone like? Thanks to all that have helped me out on here!

I was kinda sketchy about this deal myself. He claims that he ordered this gun with the intention of having a 28" barrel installed and have the gun "accurized" by a savage guru. A guy named Scott at savagegunsmith.com. He was told that it would take a year. While the gun was being worked on he ended up buying a different long range set-up. Here's where it gets sketchy....I asked him for paperwork from the smith...work orders, receipts, invoice...something. And he claims he can't find anything.
