Good advice with making time to do the things your spouse enjoys. Good thing I can do as I please. I just wish someone enjoyed the same things as me. Many a disagreements b/w me and the x gals on this same subject. "Dove?! You shoot dove?! Now quail!!?? I know about deer..what are you going to do with an elk?! You've got to be kidding me!...JAVELINA?!!! What the heck is a pronghorn?? Can you actually eat LION?!!!! You've got to be freaking kidding me!...coyotes?!" Ahhhh...the memories.

Outdoor Experience 4 All Banquet was a BLAST!!
Chef replied to CouesWhitetail's topic in Conservation Group Events
It was a great time with awesome BBQ pork. (I know SOMEBODY has to post a pic of it) Nice to catch up with everyone and was happy to see friends I hadn't seen in quite a while. I stand behind this organization wholeheartedly. I know hunters can donate tags to other groups BUT the tags that get donated to OE4A STAY HERE in AZ! That means an Arizona hunter or huntress uses the tag, not someone from out of state. Makes the program much more efficient I think. Less stress on the family as no long travel is necessary. Good camaraderie even after the hunt. With events like these, the kids can participate and feel extra special like the people they truly are. Quite inspirational group of kids for sure. -
Nice picture. Looks like the buck is posing. He needs to work on the other browtine!

Front end is fantastic. That bull has the "look" I like, with long thirds that are wider than it's inside spread by a mile. Love the devil tines too. I say he is within the 375-380 range. I hope you get a shot at him. He is definitely a shooter. -
I'm in on wearing the shirts if everyone is on board. I know where Ashley Manor is and it should be a great evening out. Look forward to seeing everyone on Thursday.

I've been contemplating a new rangefinder as well. I have a Leica at the moment but wanted the 1200. I stopped by their booth at NRA this year and asked if they were coming out with a downhill/uphill compensation unit and they said they were working on it. I decided then to wait for that. Between Swaro and Leica, whomever comes to the market with angle compensation first, gets my business.

Very nice buck. I would like to see success pics too!

Those are fantastic. Looks like you came across plenty of wild animals too. That's a lot of pics you took. That's awesome, I usually find myself not taking enough.

Dig a hole in the ground when you bleed them out. Makes cleanup easy.

I use Jim White's adapter for my Duovids. Purchased through Amanda here. Works great!

Or the temple. Works just fine. So they are young?
