I don't think the Cabela's opening up helped S.W. business. -
Yeah! The smiles on your kids faces tells it all! Thanks for posting the pics.

Scottyboy was cordial enough to let me stay at his house last night. We headed over to his place after the CW party and treated Casey to his B-Day brew. Talk about a hunters dream! He's got more mounts in EVERY room than most people would even consider sane. There are mounts on the walls, mounts in closets, tanned hides in boxes, garage full of taxidermy stuff and antlers, pictures on the walls, really cool stuff. The coolest thing is that he's got animals from many different places, all with a cool story behind them. Scotty's birddogs are awesome too. This boy has the bug BAD! He got me so bad we're now talking about an Africa hunt for 2010. Here is a lot of leather... Here are some more mounts...not even CLOSE to the quantity he has around the house... This was probably my favorite. Just something you don't see everyday... Again, thanks for giving me a place to crash. Post up some more pics!

We all had a GRAND time! It was great to finally meet a lot of fellow CWers. Thanks to Snapshot and his wife Angela for hosting us. I think their dog "Sammie" even enjoyed us being there! LOL Master of Ceremonies... Leader of Team CouesWhitetail.com!! Here is everyone arguing about who's buck is nicer... Scottyboy getting the party started! Here is Amanda with the now infamous "Chupacabra" Here are some more pics I snapped... Here's the signature of approval for the evening...

I forgot to ask...do you still need tables?

Also you can try 1/2 milk and 1/2 coconut milk. (from a can) Also add a touch (& I do mean a touch) of allspice. When you are done marinating, season the meat with all the stuff you like. Again, don't go too heavy on the allspice!

If you are making carne asada, then I can take Mexican stuff. I'll think of something. Different salsas are always good. I'll try to make it out of Phx at around noon. There is a good Mexican food store close. I will swing by in the morning. Hopefully the avocados are good and I can make guacamole. I'll bring by some Mexican brews too for everyone to share. They have good corn tortillas there also. I'm looking forward to it.

Brent, Does your wife need any help in preparing anything as far as food goes? I was thinking about taking a rib roast (prime rib) for us to enjoy. I think you have an oven I could use for a few hours? Please let me know as I am more than happy to lend a hand. I could even make up some side dishes and such if you like. I need to know how many people you expect to show. I will be heading out to the grocery store soon to pick stuff up so I hope you reply to this message fairly quickly. (hour or so as I need to shower after the workout at the gym) I am more than happy to contribute with services and money so please, don't be bashful. Amanda knows I'm all about helping CW.com!
