Yeah...HAPPY BIRTHDAY!! It was nice to meet you last night as well. Hope you have a great day!
-
Much Congrats! Nice to put a face to a name!

That's a custom bumper. A guy out of Texas made it for me. Heavy duty all the way around. PM me if you need more info. Got it for about $360!

It was nice to meet Allen here as well. Like I said before, he is a class act and took the time to really give us a hand up there. Here I am "representin'"...

I haven't had a chance to make it to the range. Any opportunity I get at free time heads me to scout for a friends Kaibab hunt, unit 23 elk hunt, and simply head out and shoot dove/quail! If I would have drawn, I'd sure be at the range too! LOL I'll be sure and post the results though as soon as I go. Here's my baby...

Can't remember how long ago we were talking about this. Anyhoo, picked up some 265 grain evolution ammo the other night at Cabela's. I've been searching for this for a while and the guys there said it goes quick so if you need it...go get it! I bought three boxes. I've yet to see how it patterns but I'll keep you folks posted. This is for .444 Marlin. In this pic. (in order)... 165 gr. HYDRA-SHOCK .45 COR BON 280 gr. BC SP .444 Hornady 265 gr. SP .444 Hornady 265 gr. Evolution .444

Thanks for the well wishes guys! I spent it doing what I like most...being up in the hills! Went to the Kaibab to scout for my friends upcoming rifle hunt. Had a great time and added some more great memories. Thanks again for the wishes...man...I LOVE YOU GUYS!

Way to go!

Fantastic set. That's a nice bear too.

Yup, the Bison bratwurst is good as are the battered fries! Wish they were more like other Cabelas with better restaurants. Some have a steakhouse/bar in them. A "singles night" would be good in one of those!

My Father works for Empire and was telling me the story last weekend as we headed up towards Globe. Was he in a bad bike accident?

Yup, Used to be that same way over here in Phoenix. I won't mention names..*cough*cough*azspor..*cough* Things sure did change for the better when 3 Sportsmans Warehouses opened up here in the valley. I'm sure it will get even better with the new Cabelas! I bet all you guys and gals in Tucson will definitely come up when the new Bass Pro Shop opens up! If there is one thing I hate, it's being treated like dirt when going into a gun shop. Like I have to be ever so grateful for their attention. Good post. Glad you went to the owner. A lot of times business owners can't measure their customer service/retention/satisfaction etc. You did a great thing.

Glad you guys got some laughs! The way I look at it, if you don't have a sense of humor, might as well live in England!

Just use magic markers. Have someone help you get your back though. -
Singleshot, I agree, that thuty-thuty sure gains a lot with this ammo. It will be nice to see some more deer taken with this classic round.

Here is the Troop. If you see me, say hello!
