    Post them up!

Unfortunately, that's what some heirs do after inheriting your stuff. Sell it.

    Archery Kills rolling in already

The draw season hunts are going to be that much sweeter with opportunities at the mature bucks that would have otherwise been killed.

    Marinades and brats?

I was just going to say this. Don't forget to pierce the skin on em before grilling at any areas that look like they could pop and shoot grease on you.
  10. Did you make it? Hope you enjoyed it.
  11. Well this didn't take long! Wife and I took a trip to Artichoke Basille's in Tempe. Upon walking in, we had a nice view of the slice pie glass display. I saw that they had sets of Bakers Pride pizza ovens with cordierite decks so I was pumped. Tried the Margherita and the Staten Island slices. Slices came out piping hot with crispy crust bottoms, just the way I like em. They use Polly-O mozzarella and add Grana Padano cheese. Not sure if this contributed to an oilier finish than I prefer. (as you've noticed, I love Grande Mozzarella) Flavor profiles on both pizza's was good. The sauce was flavorful/savory and a welcomed surprise as I've been tired of the bland tomato sauces at other pizza joints. The crust absolutely slapped. It has great texture and a perfect chew. Not only would I hit this place up again, it's my new go-to for NY style pizza. Thanks again amack26 for the recommendation!

Just to add, they are not Masterclasses in the sense when comparing to the "originals." I've taken business category MasterClasses online and they are quite involved and require membership. Hours worth of multiple-part lesson plans. Chris Voss Teaches The Art of Negotiation (masterclass.com) Daniel Pink Teaches Sales and Persuasion (masterclass.com)

Desert Bighorn Sheep Mount for sale

Question for all of you taxidermists... How would one go about replacing the horns on this mount? Also, is it remotely possible to reconstitute the hide, remove, and utilize on another form? Definitely worth the asking price if so.

4B North limited opportunity Bull hunt!

Glad it all worked out. Must be pretty cool to be hunting elk this time of the year. Way to go!
  20. Yes this is it! It was a bit busy but they sat us all inside because of the pending rain storm. I can only imagine how busy it gets during the winter.

    Ram all finished

What a ram. I'm loving the overlay. Congrats again.
  22. I visited Lamp Pizzeria before the storm last night. I'll enjoy Neapolitan pizza as long as it's fired in a wood burning oven, and boy do they have a nice oven. I'm not a big fan of the thin soft center crust associated with this style, but the charred crisp edges made up for it. We tried two marinara "red" pizzas and the ingredients were top notch. The sauce was bright and tart and the oven so hot it gave a nice finish to even the fresh grape tomatoes. The crust had abundant flavor, albeit too much on the chewy side for my taste. Thanks for the recommendation Anthony, I'm loving this thread!
