    Happy Birthday Justo

Desde Carolina del Sur, Feliz Cumpleaños!
  2. My good friend Jesse Novak and his hunters have been having a good season in New Mexico. He is one of the rare people that hikes in sheep country just to “see what’s up!” I’m talking straight up and down country. Looking for rockys and deserts is his passion. I wanted to share a few photos for the guys that enjoy sheep on the forum. This first ram completes this hunters ¾ slam and was taken this October. Congratulations again to Jesse and his hunter Dale Ableidinger. This second ram sure is beautiful. Taken by Dain Ellsworth this November. This final ram was just taken two days ago this December. Completes ½ of Kyle McGovern’s sheep slam. Congratulations!

    Late bull down

Congratulations! I'm glad it turned out the way it did. Especially with not seeing the bull react to being hit.

Pete's Crown Royal Bull - video

This has got to be one of the best hunt video's I've seen on this site! Great job putting it together! From the footage to the music, and photos, i loved it. You really captured the experience for your friend and hunter Pete. I'm sure he'll enjoy watching it over and over. Great sunset photo too. Way to go guys and congratulations! Thanks for sharing the experience with us in video.

    My sons first buck.

Congratulations to your son. That feeling you get when it all goes down is something I won't trade for anything. Although it's a good thing your boy didn't pass out! LOL!
  13. Congratulations! Looks like he was a popular buck too! It will be nice to have all the photos of him alive.

    Son's Coues hunt

Good advice, I remember my son reciting the whole movie " Joe Dirt "on the side of a mountain while I glassed. They grow up fast, and you never get those moments back. Congrats on a fine buck. I second this, BIG TIME. Viper hit the nail on the head.

    Son's Coues hunt

This sure sounds like a fantastic experience. I immediately thought back to being a young boy experiencing the outdoors and thinking about "survival" stuff too. Your story sure took me back. Congratulations to your son for being a tough gun while keeping a positive attitude and for making that shot. Big time congrats to you for being such an awesome Dad and doing this for your son. I know you must be very proud.

    My COPD Ram

Tony, Thanks for sharing your photos with us. You can scratch this trophy off of your list now. I know you made the best of your opportunity and God bless TJ for stepping up the way he did. I'll pay him back for you when he draws his tag, no worries there. Congratulations again to all of you. It was great hearing from you guys from up on the mountain.

    46B tag #1

Great photos! Congratulations again. I need to draw a sheep tag!!!
  20. I don't have permission to post photos but you can do a Google Image search for "Chase Willis New Mexico bighorn" and get ready to blow your mind.
  21. Preliminary scores are 173" net for the first, 175 5/8 net for the second, and 172 6/8 net for the last ram.
  22. Yes, that 192" desert is an absolute STUD. Biggest desert I have seen. BTW, my friend Jesse Novak found that monster rocky that the same outfitter guided for the governors tag in 2009. The monster killed on Wheeler peak.

    12AE early

Good job. He goes straight up!
  25. Allen is 3 for 3 in his consecutive draws and harvests on the Kaibab. Yes folks, this was his third time drawing the coveted Late hunt tag, IN A ROW! Couldn't happen to a nicer guy and boy does he make the best of them! As a bonus, his son Travis killed his first mule deer this year too! Duwane Adams camp comes through again! I'll let Allen fill in the details but I'll start with what everyone is waiting for, photos! Kicking things off is Travis' first Kaibab buck... Below is one of Duwane's clients and new found friend of ours, Scott with his 191" buck! Now here are both bucks together...
