Old town road? Anyone? Anyone?.................. no?
-
Well then, crawl under it and look for leaks, pull a car fax (if anything was reported) look for overspray paint where it shouldn’t be. Orange peeled paint or aftermarket body panels/glass. Ask for maintenance record. If none then check all the fluids yourself. Drive it at freeway speeds and under to check for pulls, noises, wheel bearings, etc. check all the small stuff you usually forget about. A used vehicle is a used vehicle. Make and model don’t matter if all is good or if it’s not good and the price reflects the repairs.

What about that time we smoked all that meth?

Do you have a tech you trust? If so I’d have them check it it out. Most shops would charge around 100 bucks or so. That money could find thousands in potential repairs or find that it’s a sound vehicle. Worth it to have it looked at. I’m out of the shop for awhile due to wife being in hospital or else I’d do it for you, but I’d call monsoon auto (Texas hunter on here) he will give you an honest answer.

If they have grape vines, an orchard, or garden that’s where I’d be. Or if they put out any supplements for farm animals sit over it.

I had one wanting to sell me a Glock trigger. Kept asking for my phone number and email address. I kept asking him to show me the merch. Eventually I gave in and now I owe the IRS 165,778.69 bucks. I told them that az only allows one a year so it may take awhile to pay it off.

I concur

Ruger American for 3-400 bucks and the rest on a scope. Or find a good used one that’s been built already. Most rifles outshot their owners. Good glass and a trigger help you even the playing field.

Let them feel good. They don’t realize they’re spending the same money as us to go to the same cause. Sucks less people get a chance to hunt but I don’t think they’re saving any animals by doing it.

Starting new mineral licks

Agree with digging it in and mixing it with the dirt. I put the last one in a spot where rain water pools but drains easily. It can take a year or so to start being noticed or it can take a week. Just depends on what other livestock supplements are in the area if any. -

Cartridge of the Week: .243 Winchester
muledeerarea33? replied to AZFieldOptics's topic in Rifles, Reloading and Gunsmithing
Love my .243! Was my go to til I got the 6.5-06ai finished. Now it’s my trusty back up. -
I’ve heard these advertised on the radio a bunch but never handled one. What do you think of it? Ease to shoot, accuracy? Concealable? As the name says “back up” seems like a last resort gun. But just curious. Thanks.
