I’m down to one dog now. I think she’s lonely but I’m not really sure? Told myself the next dog I get will be a dog I buy and be a quail dog but I’m very conflicted on the matter. Cute pups!

What’s your meat prep? I’ve done it a few times and have always done a brine/cure on the brisket for 7-10 days then smoke and steam. Curious how it’s supposed to be done?
