I smoked a 7lb boneless rib roast yesterday that came out great. Rubbed it with the traiger prime rib rub and smoked at 250 for 2.5 hours. Let sit 15 minutes. Came out rare and beautiful.

I just like hunting. Its not my fault I was born and raised in a state that allows good hunting. Trophy hunting is possible in any state or country in the world. Ability to hunt is awesome in this state.
