Half the fun of smoking to me is the babysitting part. Im not putting in a hunk of meat and leaving for 12 hours. Im home the whole time, I dont mind checking in every couple of hours or even sitting in front of it it and drinking beer for a few hours.

Im with Ross. Wood smoking for me. My first gas grill was this year. The pellet deal seems like a good choice though! If I ever went away from wood thats the way Id go.

Looks fancy as F! And its never bad! You say it cane out ok but I bet it was better! Every time I cook something I think should be amazing it comes out ok but others say they love it. Why use beef next time when the meat you used was bought and paid for?

Dig a trench 6 deep and 15x15 square. fill it with concrete and iron, build a block wall up 8 and fill it with iron and concrete. Butt up drill pipe together and weld solid for a roof. Find an old bank vault door and install. A few dehumidifiers inside and your good to go! Steel stud and drywall if you want a pretty interior.

gutting and skinning a deer 2 days ago almost resulted in a finger lost. My hunting partner just bought a havolin or similar knife. He cut himself deep before it was done.

I had a youth hunt in the early/mid 90s. It was fun and I killed a nice buck. However Ive killed better and had more fun hunting with my dad and friends ona general hunt.

It seems like not buying from a place doesnt do any good anymore. You gotta vocalize and get you agenda on CNN,MSNBC, etc. thats how you close down a business these days.

But seriously I use my work flash light. Its a streamlight and comes with two batteries and a charger. Brightest hand held light Ive had. Find a tool truck driver and buy one.

I went that route in my preteen days, I have the scars to prove it.

Ill try it settin on my tripod and leaning against the truck door. I just assumed itd have an adapter. No big deal.
