not sure about the area your referring to but most waterholes and roads cut are for cattle, cut by ranchers, lots are/were maintained by ranchers and if there's a lease then they need access. Can fully block a road for them or emergency services if needed. That's why the FS uses signs.

Well little miss daisy is on her way to the city with Tony. It was hard to let him take her lol. I had to shoot the crap with him for awhile before I let her go haha!! Seems to be a good guy and I'm sure she'll have an amazing home. Thanks to everyone who asked about her.

Tony is picking her up tonight. he better post pics!!! lol

I actually don't think it was many, or anyone? Less than 100 homes give or take use the frontage road (pry more like 50?) I asked all the folks I know out here and no one claimed her. I can't drive by any animal without stopping lol. Soft spot for pups and cats. I'd like to think I saw her first and no one was cruel enough to just pass on by. Take her Casey!!! I already got 3!! Will be 4 if no one takes or claims her.

Cat in last picture not up for grabs. He kills like a champ!!!

Hahaha!!! So what rifles do YOU OWN! That your planning on using hahaha! I got one or two that will work but I'm sure someone is closer that will help out. Adams new AR will be great if he can get it lapped. I use torque first then lap if it won't shoot. Good luck on you hunt!

A legit pilot on this forum will get more Pm's than his inbox will handle!! 9 out of 10 will want a free ride, the one who will pay won't realize how much it actually costs!! I was one of the 9 lol

I know a guy from Montana who used to hit sheep a lot. Claims he didn't but the knee high boots that are a couple sizes to big are a dead give away!

Good video! Especially the part she said about the older generation. We all need to remember that, and try to be that way while respecting technology, but not going full force with an entire new way of doing stuff. It goes for a lot more than just pine nuts.

Father in law picks a lot every year. Think he sells them raw? We usually get a few pounds. I love pesto!!! The wife not so much lol. She'll have a handful of the given crop and I'll get fat on the rest! Also he picks in New Mexico around his place.

just don't get caught on the highways! Lotta folks run it, it tears up these newer emissions diesels. I've fixed some that were 8-10k in repairs. I always thought it was the same fuel with just a dye added but I guess not?

Find a brand on his cattle and do a google image search. All brands should be registered.

Pops bought a new Stihl in '89, fought the shop for the hard case to carry it In.... Lost!! Ended up paying 10 bucks for the orange suit case. The saw cut 8-10 cords of wood from then til around 2002 when we got natural gas. Cut BBQ after that til I got it 4 years ago. A carbide chain and a fuel line later, now I cut 3-4 cords of mesquite a year with some oak and the dreaded iron wood!!! (Don't cut iron wood but hit it sometimes) Stihl is awesome but the husky for sale in the classifieds.... I wouldn't pass that up at all if I needed a saw! Parts are there. My Stihl isn't made anymore either but still get parts.
