Fat guy talking here…… in Arby defense, this is their first burger that I’ve known them to make. It tastes like a Jack in the box burger. Side note, I’ve been eating a salad with balsamic and bare chicken breast for lunch everyday for a month and a special k 180 calorie bar for breakfast.

I spend around $200 a week to get to work and back. It’s a crappy expenditure for sure!!!! I was lucky enough to pay everything off a few years ago but gas is really cutting into my limited fun budget!

Two birthdays this past week, one was mine. We had a great time combined with Mother’s Day. I smoked a NY strip roast and tenderloin. My sister and mom made side dishes……. Artichoke spinach dip, poppers, tater salad, and fresh salsa. My aunt brought a salad, my new best gal friend brought cheese dip, pies and a rum cake! Needless to say it was a fantastic time and the happiest I’ve been in a while! I hope you all had a great Mother’s Day weekend!!!!

I cracked open a jar of trout a few weeks ago from 2014. Tasted like the other jars I opened in 2015-16. (Found this one in the back) most important thing is a clean seal, lid, boiled and sterilized jar. Start brain surgeon clean abs your food will last a long time. Now I would not eat a fruit jam or something water bathed from that long ago unless I was sure! But at that point, I’ll buy peach jam and not risk it. To each their own.

I can red meat stews, chicken, and fish. Comes out good.

Technology is changing every year, solid state batteries are in the works and range is getting better. I type this while I’m currently at a high voltage battery training course for the week.
