2nd amendment has a smith as well, I don't know if he's good or bad?

What do you need done? Lawson's is good and the guy that used to be at Murphy's but I don't know what happened to him. There's also a guy out near sun sites if you want to drive Alittle ways that's good too.

What bullet would you use???
muledeerarea33? replied to Scooter's topic in Rifle hunting for Coues Deer
I may be wrong, I usually am but I thought the reason for the smaller 5.56 over the 7.62 (other than more round capacity) was to wound the enemy so it would take two to carry them out? I agree they kill but the purpose of it was to wound. Again, I may be wrong. -
Yes it does. Some days, I feel like chopping my foot off, it hurts so bad. Time for another Cortizone shot. I've had two so far. I was told alcohol injections are the end all for the pain, I'm scared to do it though.

if you find a boot that doesn't make you hurt let me know, I'm a 14EEE and also have plantar fasciitis. It sucks!

I shot a mulie at 400 with a 55 grain Sierra. Neck shot, he went down hard and didn't get up again. Problem was, when I walked up on him he was still alive, had to slit the throat. .223 is plenty of gun to put down a deer with I just use a bigger round after that happened. -
Mine was stolen and I'd like to replace it

When you look forward to hearing the same story because the bucks and fish get bigger and the miles walked get further every year you re-hear it -

Some quail and a nice jack
muledeerarea33? replied to Coues assassin's topic in Small Game, Upland Bird, and Waterfowl Hunting
I've done them in the classic stew, pasty's, green/red chilie. My favorite is the G&F's website reccomendation of teryaki backstraps. marinade in teryaki sauce and grill them. I've never had to cook them a special way just because it's jack rabbit they cook up like any other game meat. and remember, they're in the hare famiy, not much different than eating a northern hare. -

I use the 105's our of one of my .243's haven't killed a deer with them yet but they've killed coyotes and jack rabbits just fine. -
4 would be my first choice, not really knowing both sides that is.

Big Moe, A bear story
muledeerarea33? replied to photofool's topic in Black Bear or Grizzly Bear hunts
Haha! That's awesome!! The only bear I've ever had close to camp was in upper eagle, honey moon. I've spent alot of time there, just can't seem to find bear during bear season. -
I've been making cases for everything out of old wranglers and foam. Not pretty but if you can sew you'll have a custom fit case for next to nothing!

The new entrance road they made a few years back is way worse than the one that used to go thru private property. I've always used 4x4. -
