Broke down a Chuck roll yesterday and had these steaks last night.

From the Tucson area. Have 4 days to get there. Two days of training in wheatridge and 3 days to get back. The way back will be I-25 and the I-10 which are a very boring drive. The way there is where I need some help. I’ve never had the time for a pleasure drive before. Debating the Moab route, thru the mountains a couple ways, or up thru New Mexico. What’s a cool stopping point? Motel? Lake to fish? Just trying to make it a fun trip getting there. Thanks.

Funny, we had mama’s over Mother’s Day and it was horrible! Normally it’s really good. Not sure what’s happening anymore with any of these places.

Brooklyn’s has been our go to for 45 minute away pizza! They’re horrible with veggie options on the pie but the meat pie makes it home just fine! Eating there… either is fine. Still don’t like the one in vail. Sorry buddy.

I keep all my camping gear in these year around. Just toss them in the truck and go. Been rained on and covered in dusty roads several times with no issue. Been 4 years now but if I need to replace them it’s cheap.
