Those are the videos that give hunters a bad name. That just maked me sick to my stomach that those people actually shot a lion that had no where else to go but towards them. The "nonhunters" are watching that crap and its just proving them right (in their minds) that all hunting is bad. It just pisses me off.

I am wanting to reload rounds for my 223 wssm I was wondering if anyone has loaded this round before and if so what they had good results with. I have the dies but dont really know what else I am going to need. any help would be greatly appreciated thanks Daniel

Yeah I still got my glock. I think whats drawing me to the combo of the 4.10/45 is the wide range it could do. It would be the perfect snake gun and quail gun up close with the 4.10 and really good for rabbits n such with the 45 cal. and Chef I aint looking for the dirty harry apeal I got one of those already. I am looking for that gun shrunk down a little. and the final reason I am looking at it is home protection. any semi auto pistol is great sitting next to the bed but your almost guranteed to hit your target with the bird shot of a 4.10. any ways gotta get. went out saturday morning about 4 a.m. walked up to my favorite water hole got there about 6 30. watched a few deer come in in the early morning until about 11 30 when the group of javelina I have been watching for several weeks showed up. the big guy that I have been seeing wasnt there so I put my sights on his brother. he dropped half in the water and half out. although it was a good shot at about 100 yards I think I should of waited till he walked away from the water because it sure made for a muddy pig well any way he ended up being 73 lbs undressed and I got 25lbs of meat from him. he wasnt the biggest but I sure had fun getting him. the green measurement of the skull is 15 1/8 inch hope to be able to post some pictures later.

well I didnt actually carry the pig out undressed the weight was measured in the field. my partner that walked in there with me was carrying a hanging spring scale. the only reason for that was in hopes that that other big guy was there and I wanted to get a weight on him before skined and dressed. I carried him out skinned and dressed and you gotta remember too a lot of weight was bone that sorta makes up for the 48 some odd pounds lost at the butcher. I got the pictures devoleped I just got to get my girl friend to scan them and put them on here cause I have no Idea how to do that. thanks

well I guess I wasnt aware of what I have till reading your posts. I was going to do the skull myself till I read that website you all were talking about. I took it to the taxidermy this morning to get it done. I guess they use bugs and enzymes to eat the flesh and stuff out because boiling causes shrinkage. he said it will be like 60 or so days till it can be measured officially. when I measured the 15 1/8 inch I was going by an old book that I had. he measured in a head jig with a caliper for a closer green measurment of 15 1/4. cant wait to get it done. I still havent got the film devoleped and put on a disk but as soon as I do I will try to post them. Oh and thanks for that link to javelinahunter it helped alot

take an old electrical panel that is used to put breakers in cut a hole in the lid and lag bolt it to the tree from the inside then lock and chain the lid of the box. if anyone sees it they probally wont even want to spend the time to steal it
