What If I vacuumed it out last night, it worked for a few hours then stopped again? I’m not sure what Uber eats is?? I live in the middle of nowhere. But I assume that was a dig at me? Was it?? Either way, I’d just like it to work. Do you have a helpful fix or?? -

I’ve had it for two weeks and have about 10 hours on it. Not really a gripe, more of a realization of growing older in a modern technologically advanced world. -

When I first started reading this I thought the house cats finally killed that one annoying cricket that starts up just about bed time.

Long story short, totaled my truck about 3 weeks ago, don’t think it was my fault but the insurance companies are arguing that right now. I’m physically not too broken up from what the docs tell me, will find out more in the next few weeks. Question…. They gave me an offer on pay out that I can live with. I was expecting a few grand more but wasn’t counting on it. Any tips for asking for more?

Prayers sent for your mother and your family. Losing a parent is never easy.

They did 6 comps. I did the same before I got the offer and averages more $. Mind you I don’t know the condition. Thank you for your reply. Exactly what I was hoping for.

Oven or stove? I have a Coleman camp stove that you can have for nothing. I have some propane bottles too. The oven is the one that bakes stuff like biscuits and such right?

Lots of the people on this thread have passed away or are no longer here. Good read either way.

Last time I was on Turkey creek it went to a “parking lot area” and a hike into the wilderness. That’s been a few years. I might take the main road up and thru, don’t know the name or number. -

I’ve stayed at the double B lodge a few times. Owners welcome hunters and the rooms are nice and clean.

I wish! No, the innards were stripped out so I used JB weld and re-splined it with a small file.

Yes it is!! I use it a few times a year and make awesome summer sausage with it. I rebuilt the gears and it’s been good to go.

Buy a cheap one that’s broke. I got one for free with another purchase. Built a gear for it and it works great! Not hard to put gears together for these things. Mine is a 5lbs and I can make enough dried sausage for the year.
