When I first started reading this I thought the house cats finally killed that one annoying cricket that starts up just about bed time.

I’m physically not too broken up from what the docs tell me, will find out more in the next few weeks. Question…. They gave me an offer on pay out that I can live with. I was expecting a few grand more but wasn’t counting on it. Any tips for asking for more?

Yes it is!! I use it a few times a year and make awesome summer sausage with it. I rebuilt the gears and it’s been good to go.

Buy a cheap one that’s broke. I got one for free with another purchase. Built a gear for it and it works great! Not hard to put gears together for these things. Mine is a 5lbs and I can make enough dried sausage for the year.
