10% cap coming back to AZ tags
BowhuntCoues replied to wklman's topic in Coues Deer Hunting in Arizona
Maybe if I'm lucky I'll draw a tag someday. I'm tired of only drawing the unit 7 late Jackrabbit hunt in December. We will need to attend some of those meeting on that. -
Maybe the Black Magic vodoo will let you tag the buck that dropped that shed.

Nice shed find, I wish i could find the matching pair. I only ever find 1 by its self. Thanks for the photos.

I'm with Grizzly, Thats one TUFF MAN. I bet he didn't know it was the water that caused all of those incidents. -
No not to many critters in 23 they all moved to the reservation. Funny how they dissapear like that. I was on the Cherry road last fall and it is still passable. You do have to watch out for Yeti up there though.

Daypack/backpack
BowhuntCoues replied to DEERSLAM's topic in Miscellaneous Items related to Coues Deer
Deerslam, I also have the Badlands 2200 and really like it, very comfortable. I've had a completly boned coues in it a few times with all my other hunting stuff. We need you to start boning in the field, the coyotes need a bone to eat too. But it sounds like you have a fuller pack then me, you might look at the 4400. -
I agree with ultramag. Thats why they have a general hunt, you can hunt with any legal weapon for that species. Archery should be for hand drawn bows only.

I bought the wife a Sony Handycam last year. It videos and records photos to a mini DVD. Makes it real handy you just pop the DVD into your DVD player and can see videos and and photos on your TV. Cost was around $600.00. Only bad thing about camera is she won't let me take it to the hills to video critters.

Let me know if you need someone to use one of your tags. Good luck and have fun. The Tagless Wonder

Nice sheds, cool to find matching set.

You can use acetone to clean excess glue from the shaft you just do not want it to sit on the shaft for too long or it will start to break up the carbon arrow.

Me and my buddy bought 2 of these 2 weeks ago and set them out and took some good photos. They work great. -
I scape most of the existing glue and vanes with a knife then clean remaining glue withe acetone, just make sure you do not let it set on the carbon arrow to long.

I'll be hunting a new waterhole I found, if it rains I'll look for puddles that deer are using. If it rains too much I guess I'll just stay in camp.
