I dont know if any of you have seen these photo's or not. I just had them e-mail to me. The story behind the pictures say that a couple were riding their mules when they noticed they were being stalked by a lion. The man got of his mule to shoot a warning shot at the lion hoping to scare it away. Before he could shoot his mule ran over to the lion picked it up threw it around, stomped on it, bit it. And pretty much killed the lion before anybody knew what happened. The man's wife took these photo's while it was happening.

Jack, That is a great buck and a great bunch of photo's. Man I wish you had a tag so we could put a tape on that pig. BY the way I think he is every bit of 90.

Well I thought some of you might enjoy looking at some of the town bulls. Dont get to excited coosefan these are the town pets.

You can kind of see the bull with the bent fourth in the last photo. He's the one with his head down. They wernt bugling when we were there but it wont be long and they should be going crazy. Jim I would probaly have to shoot that 7x7 also. Jason

Has anybody shot the Montec G5 and had any luck. They seem to shoot the best for me . They also seem like there is less room for failure being a one piece broadhead. what do you guys think.

Jim, it does not have a stove vent. I was told Davis tent could put one in at a minimal cost. It is in good shape. I 've had it for two years and have never even used it. I bought it from another outfitter friend that was getting out of the buisness. I have set it up though. Jason

Jim, I forgot to ask you what bow do you think I ought to get. You know I was trying to get one of those cow tags and got that 9 tag by accident.

Now I know what picture your talking about. Yes that picture was taken in 27. No I didnt kill a elk. Every year me and my dad make a trip somewhere to ride are horse's and mule's to try and find shed's. A couple of years ago we ventured into 27 and found a few sheds and 1 head.

Me and my hunting/guiding partner got two of the tags. Really looking forward to Sept. I love that time of year. Starting to turn fall. The weather is great. And we have elk tags in hand.

Got my unit 9 tag today. Didn't seem real until today.

I wasn't aware of a elk picture on the site. But hopefully I can put one up after the archery hunt.

Desertbull, Are you alright, I know you did'nt draw any tags but that no reason to take it out on cotton .

You know that it is just wrong to make those Jr's hunt that unit with no deer .

Well looks like so far I drew two first choice's Dove and Quail. I guess I will have to set around and listen to casey play the Banjo.

They have'nt sent us are tags yet because NM is still trying to hire enough people to chisle them out of stone.

Desertbull, I think that's what they are trying do to having the elk & antelope early next year. I wish they would go ahead and have everything early that a way guy could plan on doing something else if they wanted to.Like book a hunt in Mexico desertsheep

I think mine might actually be terminal. Those looks like some great sheds Neo. Good like in trying to find a cure.
