^ exactly!! pretty cool though! we got onto the demob list after two days haha. to bad we couldnt have hit a 14! lottttt more sheds out there

So i went to texas for a fire a couple days ago in western texas. the part of the fire we got stuck on was a "mop-up" show for us. so we were walking around dry mopping hot spots and as we were hiking and working. we hit a pocket and started finding sheds. alot of sheds! this was my best trip ever even know they were all whites basically. it was paradise! the first pics are what i found. the last picture is what we all found together. me and 4 other guys. i found an AWESOME DEAD HEAD. Huggggge whitetail. to bad it was on the older side. and also found two other unique sheds.

and this was all in 2 days within probably about a mile!! cant imagine if we were actually out there hiking and looking

i was stoked!!!

Went out today with my oldest brother on a good long hike. After about five miles we hit a canyon. a steep steeeep nasty canyon. no luck up to this point but we werent giving up. As i was on the phone my brother called me over. he was looking about 200 or so yards down this thick canyon wall. He wanted to point something out and asked if i thought it was a shed. after a while of him trying to direct me i finally saw the "shed" it just looked like a u, kind of like a muley shed but since i didnt have my binos, i used my camera to zoom in on it. as i zoomed in i saw THAT IT WAS A SHED!!! i couldnt beleive that he just spotted this whale tail from that far!!! we were so excited and when we got to in, we werent disappointed. pretty neat shed. and within 70 yards of that i saw this little set. my first elk set!!! i cant beleive how close they dropped. two steps. and i also found this chalk 10 yards from that. GREAT DAY!!! Praise God Joel

Thanx man!! ive been very blessed this year. i just started shed hunting 2 years ago. my first year was horrible haha. walked many miles and only found a few chalks. had alotta luck this year!

yeah we have been very fortunate. he defiantly earned thAt one haha

He has only found 2 other tiny chalks so he was stoked!!

Me and two buddys went out on a good long hike to find some bone! Little did we know there were boot tracks all over "our" spot, but people cant find everything! So we hiked around all day and I got lucky and found this whitie shed!! We kept hiking and I came across a sweet elk shed, sadly the fourth and fifth were chewed off but still an awesome shed! And my friends found some too! Awesome day! Thank you God!

always fun just to get out!!

no matter what people say there is always a chance for sheds ANYWHERE even flat easy to get to areas. a couple of my biggest hard whites were within sight of a road. just gotta get lucky!
