We scouted yesterday and did some hiking. What limited hiking I can do. We really did not see much compared to most other times but what we did see was 2 HUGE bucks. 2 of the biggest 8 bucks I have seen on hoof and they were both roaming together. We saw the one in the pic first and then saw his brother who dwarfed him. Both Bucks were HUGE. I tried to get better pics but it was not happening. We saw them at a pond and they took off trotting. We got a good look at both and decided to hike in a bit and find them again. We grabbed the binos and hiked in and over a couple ridges and found them. I was able ot only get this pic of the smaller one just before the went over the next ridge. Pic was taken with my iphone through my hand held binos... I know I know... LOL What do you think -
Agent Ivie out of the Terry BP station... word is it was F&F guns as well...

Can you find them (added pic)

I think that it was not so much the bad refs but the shitty players.... Think of it as a student in school with a substitute teacher. The goal is to see how many things you can get away with and that is exactly what these players have been doing. DO you know that the penalties is up 65% in these games? that means they are calling a TON more calls and most are legit... but missing a TON more that are obvious which backs my opinion. Pack should have batted the ball down... RULE ONE in football. Not to mention the Pack got off easy with no fining of their players. Thats BS in my opnion with what they had to say on twitter. Last I checked, Pete carroll was on the field long after MIke Mcarthy left the field. the shame goes on the poor sportsman of the packers who left the field. the coach had to tell players to come back to kick the extra point, which Im surprised they did

Heres a pic AManda used to try to clear it up a bit. I think it helped. This deer was a bit smaller then the other. I would guess in the 115" range. The pic does not make it look as big or thick of tines as it had and he was visually skinnier through the binos then the other one that went over first. both had very wide racks that really swept forward and had good height. In this pic you can see his body mass which is walking away from us. His rack really goes outside the mass of his main body. Both these deer also were fairly large bodied. Of the last couple groups of deer in two completely different areas that we have seen a couple bigger bucks together the larger deer is VERY dark brown and the smaller deer is more grey. Very odd. -

Ill get them to you Amanda. It is very green in some areas down there. You'll gross a ridge and its dry as can be for miles. Was very weird. Yes, this buck was the smaller if the two bucks. They were very nice bucks. Unfortunately they did not want to Stan around to be inspected for size and pose for pics. -
I'm holding strong at 205. Snacked a bit watching football and traveled for 14 days which means sunflower seeds and soda for me. Getting back on a bit of a track to get back dropping.

If someone can clear it up and make it more clear Ill give you the original photo... but for now that is it. If I had to guess this one was in the 115" range and the bigger one was in the 125" range.... -
Ive plateaued at 205... cant break down any more in two weeks. Still satuing on track and ready to start dropping again...... mayb with luck Ill hit a spurt and get down to 199.99 by Monday... where is everyone at?

I worked my butt off 6 days a week 10+ hour days walki more then 10 miles a day. Once I cut out soda and beer an fit food portions in check it made all the difference to losing weight. Cubout all beer and soda. Thats easy for me. The hard part is putting portions in check. I drink a lot of water and drink protein shakes. You cannot buy just any protein shake. It has to be a good quality lean protein shake. No carbs, no fat, and about 100 calories per serving. I drink mine with slim milk. Satisfies a hungry stomach. Dymatize Iso 100 is one brand of good quality lean protein powder. Har not been workin out at all thi week. Had a major set back with the little hiking I did on my ankle. Been super painful and bothersome since last monday. My weight has been hovering around 205 for 10 days now. I've seen 205.0 but not into the 4a yet. I'll get there and be back on the dropping pound track soon.

get on with it Vowell.... Stay on track, cut out the crap. beer, soda. Thats what works for me. I cannot have one here or there. I have to stop all together and drink water. Im plateauing this week and have not excercised much as I over did it with my short hikes and it laid me up for a few days. im at 206 this morning but my eating is still on track. Ill get back to losing this week hopefuly

I rarely venture north of Phoenix anywhere. I was thinking about heading out for a quick camping trip tomorrow for a 2 day little trip. Where does any recommend to get away to cool off a bit, tent camp and be able to have a fire? Thinking of throwing the dogs in the Jeep and heading out in the morning.

Ive ran into them a lot. and oddly most the drug runners I find are in 36A and the illegals are 36B... not sure why. the "good Samaritans" are funded by the drug cartels to supply food and water out when the smugglers are running hot. They often mark the food and water plots with empty gallon jugs on the ocotillo plants so they can be seen for long distances. this also marks the trails. Its total BS that more cannot be done to hang these POS so called good samaritans by there ears.... Usually when I encounter drug smugglers Ill get GPS coords and call it in. Usually when on a hill glassing and I watch the helicopter come in and swoop them up..

HAve a Boyd stock on 3 guns and all are light and great fitting... tightened my groups up on all guns... glass bed them all.
