I would almost guarantee it won't fit in the mag, it may chamber.

The 12 has a rib and the heavier flattened bottom pump with the 3" chamber. The 16 has the small round pump and no rib. Both full chokes. The 16 is a almost perfect match to the 20 I've been shooting since I was 10.

Picked up a pair of model 12's today one in 12ga and one in 16ga. Saw a ton of means down south last year. I say I'm going to make it down every year but this year I mean it.

SKB is hard to beat! Mine has made several trips to Alaska and the rifles have always been in perfect shape when I got there. TSA did manage to knock one of the locks off. I was 500 miles from the nearest road and SKB had a new set to me in 4 days.

Lance do you anneal before and after fire forming? -
I used the 3.825 SF on my 300 rum. It's long enough to seat the 212 Hornady Eld-x into the lands and still fit in the mag. You will lose 1 round mag capacity.

Lookout pass was nice this afternoon 50° at 3:00. Glad I wasn't in Az.

I load for 4 rifles in 270 wsm using rl-22. I've used Barnes, Nosler,& Swift bullets all between 130-150 gr. All shoot sub moa. My current load is 130gr Swift scirocco over rl-22 @3350 fps, getting 4" groups at 800 yds.

I use Rl-22

The chassis systems are a little too heavy for my liking. All my rifles spend a lot of time in the pack, and the pack is already to heavy. Ups just dropped off the new B&C yesterday so shouldn't be long before this thing is hammering coyotes!

I would say depends on your hunting style. If you hunting southern az coues in big fairly open country I would say 15s for sure. If you mostly hunt thick stuff or in the big trees probably 10s.

It will be a 26" varmint contour barrel with 1 in 7 twist. Bell & Carlson M40 varmint \ tactical stock, and it will probably get a timney trigger. I'm considering having it threaded for a break so it will be possible to watch the he bullet strike in the scope.

Barrel channel is correct (heavy varmint) and both action and stock are 4.40" bolt spacing. I would have bought a 700 to build off of but originally it was going to be a cheap calling rig and when the factory barrel turned out to be bent, decided to fix it up the way I wanted it.

When I call 19a I always take my 10s and glass while calling. I get alot of dogs hanging up at 4-500 yds.

Get'em before the fawns drop. Had a dog come to antelope fawn distress a couple weeks ago,and another to a challenge in 5B.

There are other states that have animals worth shooting at.

Picked up my 300 from Phoenix custom rifles this week. Built on a 700 action, 27"Bartlein varmint contour barrel, McMillan TAC hunter stock, and timney trigger. Working on a load for the 200gr Eld-x top is 90gr h-1000 @3180fps avg, bottom is 90gr Rl-25 @ 3270 fps avg. From the first two groups I think it's going to be a shooter
