It doesn’t matter what tires you put on. Even the worst AT tire will outlast the Dodge. I have had really good luck with the Michelin defenders but all I do is tow with my diesel and I use my half ton for off-road.

Please give me your votes on which expedition style packs you’ve had good luck with for an 8 day backpack hunt.

I’m seriously blown away by the “holier-than-thou” crowd on this site. There’s nothing unethical about shooting over an arbitrary boundary we created if the law we created says it’s legal. Get off your high horse; nobody is impressed.

I have a 13 ecoboost and I just tell people it has a jet engine when they comment on how loudly it idles with the AC on.

Used terra grapplers. They were new on my truck when I bought it in September of 2017. I missed my duratracs so I swapped out the terra grapplers in April. The tires have about 35,000 miles and there’s nothing wrong with them other than a few chunks on a handful of tread blocks thanks to the beautiful roads in unit 10. They still have life left in them. I kept them in case I was going to trade in my truck but that’s not happening anymore. These tires can be yours for the low low price of $0. You just have to pick them up in cave creek.

Agree to disagree. I had two dealerships try to sell me a new transmission and brought it to them and the only problem was a torque converter. They did a phenomenal job, saved me a bunch of money, and I got a bunch of life out of that truck. They have 188 reviews and 4.7 stars. You must be the outlier

I guess it depends on what your tiers represent... if it’s based on pure trophy quality, unit 1 is no longer in the top tier. 2015 was the last really good year in there. What I can tell you is if you want to chase 300-330 bulls around unit 1 is the best in the state for those expectations in both numbers of 300-330 bulls and how they rut.

I would like to get my truck tuned for the bigger tires I put on it but everyone I’ve called has told me I need to buy the actual tuner for $500. If I planned on switching tunes all the time I’d definitely buy it but I just want a one time tune. Does anyone know of a place in town that’ll do this?

It has nothing to do with racing or power. When you put on bigger tires all of those factory settings like shift points and speedometer gets thrown off. Just want to align the computer with tires on the truck.

Thanks for the replies. it is an f150 with the 3.5 liter eco boost. I know 5 star has some good tunes that’ll adjust shift points and such, but again, I don’t want to spend $500 if I don’t have to
