I think the outfitters will buy up all the access permits for the high demand hunts. You either hire one or hunt your goat off of I -40. Early bull rifle and archery could still be accomplished off of the big bo, but there will be a crowd. If you put in for early bull rifle or archery and plan on getting a Bo permit I think the outfitters will own them. I might be wrong , but thats my 2 cents.

just tried to elk apps and got the same. Tried to add $5 for my son and $37 for me after entering our license #s. #can I still use this as a number sign or is it a hash-tag, I dont know. I do know the g+f system is junked up. Got antelope in whithout a problem, I guess ill wait a bit for elk. Might have to do paper, but that is a whole other can of worms these days.
