Your telling me, I have been there in person and they didnt want to issue left over tags for jr. Because I didnt have their hunter saftey cards. I pitched a bi$#h, and told them that they are the issuer. Finally she checked the computer and found the hunter safety. If you dont ask they wont tell, most state workers suck.
