How will they ever come close to knowing success, unless everyone has to mandatory report. I am not advocating mandatory checks, but I see no other way if people want the stats even close. -

Back east the check stations are little markets, bait stores and sporting goods stores. I would think that it helps their small businesses. Not sure.

Mandatory check stations I know are in Ohio. No check no draw, I'm not sure how that could work if you didn't harvest. I think we are on the same page though.

I thought you left them on the porch and they froze. Never heard of that brand l'll have to check them out.

I feel that there is no point to their survey if it is optional. The only way the survey could have any accuracy , is if it were mandatory. Just a waste of postage and time in my opinion.
