YUP, had a double charge for my daughter and a double charge for me and my buddies. Somehow my buddy and I got drawn but daughers never showed she put in. Called 3 times over a month period and never got a refund of the 2 double payments. Finally just disputed it with my credit card company. I even called AZGNF after the first time I put in and told them I did not get the confirmation screen and they told me" It's ok, it won't allow you to put in twice or double charge you" Just goes to show they continue to use this loser company or resource that does their draw each year.... I wonder how many people got double hits and never realize it. Just sad they most likely go with the "lowest bidder" because we all know other states have much much better draw systems. So much for my daughters app, must be in the heavens with your application!!!
