Not a dumb question at all. The erector assembly would have to be replaced to change to change the value of the clicks. Scope would have to go to Leupold for that.

Good question. I should have taken pics and included them in the original post. It looks to me that the original recoil pad was simply removed. I have no idea why. LOP without the pad is 12 3/4"
