I've never felt or worn any camo that was more comfortable than kuiu. But I've never bought any of the higher lines other than kuiu. I'll have a hard time buying something other than this line for pants in the future.

Found birds opening morning. Wife killed her first gobbler by 630. Came into a decoy and took him at about 10-15 yards. It was right before the wind picked up. Saturday was windy from the get go. Had a tom roosted who came in strutting as soon as he hit the ground. Passed on him. Ended up calling in two more birds and took the last one called in. It was very windy, but they were very responsive to calls and came in well. Hop over the state line and it was a completely different story in New Mexico. Toms were not talking and no success after AZ. Makes a guy appreciative for what we have here in this great state.

Had a really difficult hunt this year in NM. Where turkey had been in the past, very little recent sign with no vocal birds. The country looks very very dry on the western part of the state. Wondering if the birds have moved around a bit due to that lack of moisture and feed. Saw a whole lot of folks out hunting. The country has a ton of pressure.

We have a slew of corrupt legislatures that could care less about our kids education. 100% corruption and it's all our own faults for voting them in; including my own.Just follow the money. Those who are invested in charter schools profit from ruining public education. Look no further than the ultra right wing reps in Gilbert. I am seriously glad I see someone else understand this. 100% true.

I agree with you 100% They have never charged cards up front and issued refunds. There is an AZ law against that. Yup. Still baffles me so many people don't know this. And the whole racking up "interest" deal. It'd be nice to see this law changed to allow them to charge cards up front. Seems it'd avoid a lot of problems.

^^^ Very very difficult to get a tag anymore. Weather plays a huge role in the hunt. If there is snow, it can be real difficult to move around in that unit. Roads are definitely not the best; coupled with snow, you need to be prepared for it. For the money? Hard to say. If it snows you out, then no it's not worth the money.

It'll happen on occasion. I wouldn't worry about it. They'll show back up. I always take screen shots of my charges incase something actually did happen. I've had mine disappear before only to show back up a day or two later.

Seems like a simple way to avoid as many issues would be to allow an alternative card to be entered for the draw if there are issues with the primary card....
